Teams at Steel Craft Corporation

Owns customer pricing accuracy and profitability for a contract metal fabrication business. Maintains price files, contracts, surcharges, and ERP data; analyzes margins, price realization, customer and part profitability; supports quoting, renewals, budgeting, forecasting, and billing dispute resolution. Builds reporting dashboards and coordinates with Sales, Estimating, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Finance to recover material, freight, energy, tariff, and finishing costs.

Leads strategy and growth for critical, high-value accounts; manages account teams, executive relationships, renewals, negotiations, revenue expansion, performance reporting, issue resolution, and cross-functional delivery. Acts as the client advocate while identifying business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. Requires approximately 40% travel to local offices and customer sites.

Support full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits and leave administration (FMLA, STD/LTD), policy development, HR recordkeeping, training, and employee engagement. Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support and leverage AI tools and HRIS to improve processes. Maintain compliance with labor laws and OSHA and coordinate return-to-work and accommodations.
