Design, develop, test, and improve products from concept to production. Create CAD models and prototypes, run tests, analyze results, manage product lifecycle, partner with manufacturing and supply chain, ensure compliance with standards, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.

Lead production planning and scheduling to meet customer orders and forecasts, ensure material availability, optimize inventory and capacity, drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives, mentor planners, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver production KPIs using ERP/MRP systems and data analysis.

Process weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and temporary employees; validate timecards and PTO; manage deductions, taxes, garnishments, and retirement contributions; ensure compliance and file payroll tax reports; respond to employee payroll inquiries; maintain payroll records and coordinate with HR, Benefits, Finance, IT, and vendors; support audits and year-end reporting; recommend process improvements.
