Supports the Corporate Safety Manager across commercial construction projects by administering safety programs, maintaining OSHA-related records, managing Procore documentation, tracking subcontractor compliance, compiling safety metrics, creating toolbox talks, conducting training, and visiting project sites to verify implementation.

Provide daily safety oversight on commercial construction jobsites, ensuring OSHA and company-policy compliance. Conduct inspections, hazard assessments, audits, and corrective-action tracking; support JHAs and site-specific safety plans; investigate incidents; lead toolbox talks, orientations, and training; maintain safety documentation; verify PPE and first-aid readiness; and advise field teams, subcontractors, and leadership on safety improvements.

Supports large-scale commercial mechanical and plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, submittals, RFIs, schedules, procurement, cost tracking, change orders, subcontractor compliance, MEP coordination, BIM reviews, site meetings, and closeout packages. The role coordinates between project managers, superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, owners, and field teams while conducting regular visits to active Texas jobsites.
