Manage project accounting for commercial construction projects, including accounts payable and receivable, budgets, invoices, purchase orders, change orders, cost reconciliations, forecasting, reporting, financial records, audits, and month-end close. Collaborate with the Controller, Operations, project managers, estimators, and accounting teams to maintain accurate job costing and timely financial reporting.

Supports the Corporate Safety Manager across commercial construction projects by administering safety programs, maintaining OSHA-related records, managing Procore documentation, tracking subcontractor compliance, compiling safety metrics, creating toolbox talks, conducting training, and visiting project sites to verify implementation.

Provide daily safety oversight on commercial construction jobsites, ensuring OSHA and company-policy compliance. Conduct inspections, hazard assessments, audits, and corrective-action tracking; support JHAs and site-specific safety plans; investigate incidents; lead toolbox talks, orientations, and training; maintain safety documentation; verify PPE and first-aid readiness; and advise field teams, subcontractors, and leadership on safety improvements.
