Lead global product marketing across Startale's product stack and own Japan market strategy. Drive positioning, launches, campaigns, growth, and brand for consumer, developer, institutional, and ToB audiences. Build media and stakeholder relations in Japan, translate regulation into product and marketing guidance, and collaborate cross-functionally to measure and iterate on growth and engagement.

Lead and execute institutional sales strategy in Japan for Startale products. Identify target clients and market opportunities, build relationships with financial institutions, close commercial agreements for the Onchain Finance Kit, and form strategic partnerships to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Design and implement execution layers for a decentralized exchange using Rust, ensuring low-latency performance and high reliability.
