Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate clinical staff serving adults in an outpatient FSP. Provide clinical supervision meeting BBS requirements, individual/family/group therapy, crisis support, and participate in treatment teams. Review and approve clinical documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate services such as housing, education, vocational supports, and medication management.

Provide oversight and care management for clients in the Starlight program, delivering case management/linkage, assessments, screenings, treatment planning and monitoring, and rehabilitation services. Under clinical supervision, provide school-based mental health and case management services to children and adolescents (ages 5–18). Duties include engagement, assessment, individual/family/group therapy, documentation and billing, liaison with external agencies, and participation in clinical teams. Services delivered primarily in schools, with occasional home, community, and telehealth work.

Supervise, train, evaluate, and discipline clinical staff; provide ongoing in-service training and ensure regulatory-compliant orientation and continuing education; maintain and revise program policies and procedures; coordinate with county agencies and community resources to support adult inpatient recovery, rehabilitation, and related services.

Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft 365 and related cloud applications and infrastructure. Support, configure, and maintain applications, databases, and servers; lead application development governance, SDLC standards, version control adoption, AI-assisted methodologies, and vendor coordination to scale internal apps and automation.

Develops, coordinates, and delivers clinical training across the Southern Region. Oversees new employee orientation, required in-service and specialized clinical trainings, maintains training records, delivers sessions, partners with counties and universities, secures trainers, and develops joint training initiatives supporting treatment of seriously emotionally disturbed clients.

Provide community-based case management for adults with mental/behavioral health needs: assess strengths and needs, coordinate services, document care in EMR, attend treatment team meetings, monitor progress, and transport clients as needed.

Provide intensive case management, outreach, engagement, medication support, counseling, peer groups, and supportive services for transition-age youth (18-25) with serious mental health issues. Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive community-based services and coordinate care for clients and families referred to the TAY program.

Provide direct psychiatric nursing care in a crisis residential setting: administer medications (including injections), assess physical health, engage clients and families, develop and implement nursing care plans within LVN scope, and consider age-related development and psychiatric treatment needs.

Provide rapid mental health assessment and crisis intervention for walk-in and telephone clients. Develop and maintain treatment plans, conduct family/ collateral and discharge planning, respond to suicide or other emergencies, and deliver individual or team-based counseling. Visit clients in varied living situations, document progress, gather clinical data, and report significant changes to licensed staff. Support safe transitions to next-level care and participate in BBS supervision where applicable.

Provide direct client care in a 24/7 crisis residential program for Transitional Age Youth, administer medications, perform basic medical interventions and education, follow standard nursing practices, document care, and support medication management and case coordination.

Provide mental health and case management services to transitional-age youth (18-25) in community settings, performing outreach, engagement, and support as part of an in-home outreach team across Alameda County.

Oversee day-to-day operations of 24/7 behavioral health programs across Northern and Central California, ensure regulatory compliance, lead regional administrators and directors, support strategic planning, business development, budgeting, and community/agency relationships, and represent the organization to government and community stakeholders.

Provide peer-based outreach, engagement, advocacy, and direct support using lived experience to help Transitional Age Youth stabilize, recover, and transition back to the community.

Provide a safe environment for participants, visitors, staff, and physicians at a 16‑bed mental health rehabilitation center. Duties include monitoring safety, delivering high customer service, supporting multidisciplinary team operations, and responding while on-call to ensure participant and staff wellbeing.

Manage staffing, program scheduling, group therapy and activities, documentation, billing participation, regulatory compliance, community contacts, and supervise therapists and aides while working some evenings and weekends.
