Provide direct client care in a 16-bed inpatient mental health rehabilitation center, administer medications, perform basic medical interventions and education, and support multidisciplinary treatment to increase client independence and functioning.

Supervise, train, evaluate, and discipline clinical staff; provide ongoing in-service training and ensure regulatory-compliant orientation and continuing education; maintain and revise program policies and procedures; coordinate with county agencies and community resources to support adult inpatient recovery, rehabilitation, and related services.

Provide intensive case management, outreach, engagement, medication support, counseling, peer groups, and supportive services for transition-age youth (18-25) with serious mental health issues. Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive community-based services and coordinate care for clients and families referred to the TAY program.

Provide community-based case management for adults with mental/behavioral health needs: assess strengths and needs, coordinate services, document care in EMR, attend treatment team meetings, monitor progress, and transport clients as needed.

Supervise and train youth counselors and other assigned staff in a 24/7 inpatient acute psychiatric facility. Coordinate program activities, ensure regulatory compliance and patient rights, review documentation, handle grievances, participate in management team meetings, and support clinical and training initiatives for intensive youth treatment.

Audit and manage clinical documentation and medical records for a behavioral health urgent care center to ensure compliance with Medi-Cal, L.A. County, and internal policies. Track and process deficient charts, maintain CQI data, prepare presentations, coordinate corrections with departments, and support quality improvement initiatives and reporting.

Provide overnight mobile crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization for clients of all ages. Develop and maintain treatment plans, conduct family collateral and discharge planning, respond to emergencies (including potential suicide), and document progress while coordinating with clinical staff.
