Oversee nursing staff and clinical operations for a 16-bed youth inpatient psychiatric facility. Hire, train, supervise, evaluate nurses, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain nursing policies, oversee documentation, and provide direct nursing coverage as needed.

Provide security and safety at a behavioral health urgent care center: screen visitors for contraband, monitor client property and surveillance, control access, conduct grounds checks, respond to emergencies, and support a safe milieu for clients and staff.

Provide outreach, engagement, advocacy, and direct peer support using lived experience to clients across all ages on a mobile crisis response team. Support recovery, stabilization, and crisis interventions during overnight shifts, serving as role model, companion, educator, and advocate.
