Teams at STARS

Provide direct client care in a 16-bed inpatient mental health rehabilitation center, administer medications, perform basic medical interventions and education, and support multidisciplinary treatment to increase client independence and functioning.

Provide on-site safety and security at a behavioral health urgent care center: screen clients/visitors, inventory property, monitor surveillance, control facility access, conduct security checks, respond to emergencies, and help maintain a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors.

Provide resource identification, referrals, and training support for clients and families in a voluntary residential mental health program. Assist staff and consumers to determine needs, locate community services, and coordinate with outside agencies and the public.
