Supports regional HR operations under the Regional HR Manager by interpreting policies, maintaining confidential employee and HRIS records, coordinating with shared services, and assisting with benefits, training, workers’ compensation, compliance, and employee travel. The role partners with managers and staff to foster a positive, compliant work environment and requires strong communication, organization, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.

Provides day-to-day HR support for inpatient mental health programs, including policy guidance, HRIS data maintenance, personnel records, confidential reporting, shared-services coordination, and assistance with benefits, workers’ compensation, and training. The role supports approximately 350 regional employees, promotes a positive work environment, reduces legal risk, and requires travel among offices within the region.

Supports a positive workplace, compliance, and risk reduction while traveling among regional offices as needed.
