Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Coordinator by assisting with routine marketing tasks and administrative activities to help execute marketing efforts.

Perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on Ford and Lincoln vehicles, including F-Series and Super Duty models with diesel and gasoline engines. Responsibilities emphasize electrical troubleshooting, drivability, warranty repairs, quality workmanship, and fixing vehicles correctly the first time. Technicians will use modern diagnostic equipment, access factory training and technical resources, and work in a busy Ford dealership environment. Ford certifications are preferred, with opportunities for continued training, productivity incentives, and career growth.

Provides Level 1 IT help desk and onsite support across an automotive dealership group. Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting Windows and Mac computers, mobile devices, printers, servers, phones, switches, wireless access points, scanners, displays, and specialized automotive equipment. Supports user accounts, email, antivirus, cabling, inventory, and department software. Participates in scheduled weekend and after-hours maintenance, occasional travel between Florida and South Carolina locations, and remote support.

Lead dealership sales team, work with General Manager to maximize unit volume and gross profit, engage and close customers, coach staff, ensure compliance (license, background check, drug test), and use dealer systems (Tekion preferred).
