The Senior AI Engineer will develop AI capabilities for STARLIMS, focusing on production-grade systems, RAG pipelines, backend services, and AI-enabled feature integration within workflows.

The Director of Demand Generation will manage marketing strategy and execution for STARLIMS, overseeing pipeline generation and leading demand generation strategies for multiple B2B SaaS products.

Provide hands-on, mid-level IT systems administration and end-user support across a global user base. Manage Microsoft 365 identity and security (Entra ID, MFA, Defender), administer Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, deploy and manage Windows endpoints with Intune/Autopilot, maintain RMM tooling (e.g., Automox), triage security alerts, and own incident lifecycle on the service desk while producing documentation and automation workflows.

Provide hands-on UK and global end-user support, manage Microsoft 365 identity and security (Entra ID, Defender), administer Exchange/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive, deploy and manage Windows endpoints via Intune/Autopilot, operate RMM tooling, triage incidents through the Service Desk and escalate complex security issues.

Lead MODA-EM deployments in GMP-regulated labs: coordinate projects, configure and validate software, deliver training and demos, resolve software/hardware issues, align configurations and reports to QC Microbiology workflows, produce documentation and training, and manage multiple projects including pre-sales scoping.
