Own product positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, customer proof, and field marketing for the STARLIMS product portfolio. Translate technical LIMS capabilities into industry-specific value propositions, support enterprise sales cycles, influence product roadmaps through market and customer insights, and partner with Product Management and field teams. The role requires a proactive product marketer comfortable with technical buyers, regulated industries, complex products, and fast-moving teams.

Manage software and R&D projects from definition through closeout, coordinating cross-functional teams, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, quality requirements, vendors, and stakeholder communications. Apply Agile or hybrid delivery practices, provide executive reporting, support portfolio planning, and ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget, compliance, and validation expectations.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads for STARLIMS, rapidly respond to prospects, book high-quality meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, research accounts, capture customer requirements, and provide feedback to sales and marketing to help grow pipeline and conversions.

Design, build, and maintain core LIMS software across the SDLC; own architecture, data management, business rules, and embedded control components; plan installations/upgrades, provide operational support, ensure compliance and documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide timely remote and on-site technical support for STARLIMS, owning tickets end-to-end, troubleshooting application and database issues, collaborating with engineering and stakeholders, recommending system improvements, and contributing to global support knowledge and process enhancements.

Partner with the CEO and executive team to translate strategy into actionable plans, run cross-functional programs (product launches, M&A integration, GTM), own ELT and board meeting operations, build company-wide OKR and QBR processes, and create reporting systems that drive accountability and execution.
