Teams at STARLIMS

Own a portfolio of named software accounts, serving as the primary commercial contact. Responsibilities include retaining customers, negotiating renewals, growing revenue, identifying new opportunities, managing pipelines and forecasts, responding to RFIs and RFPs, developing account plans, and building relationships with technical and business stakeholders. The role collaborates with sales specialists, Customer Success, Finance, and Deal Desk while maintaining accurate CRM documentation and providing account insights to leadership.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads for STARLIMS, rapidly respond to prospects, book high-quality meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, research accounts, capture customer requirements, and provide feedback to sales and marketing to help grow pipeline and conversions.

Design, build, and maintain core LIMS software across the SDLC; own architecture, data management, business rules, and embedded control components; plan installations/upgrades, provide operational support, ensure compliance and documentation, and mentor junior engineers.
