Support global sales, distribution, and cross-functional teams by drafting, reviewing, redlining, and summarizing commercial agreements, managing NDAs/amendments/SOWs, maintaining corporate records and contracts, developing templates and policies, delivering basic legal training, and liaising between attorneys and business stakeholders on ad hoc commercial legal matters.

Lead process optimization and PLM system management for seasonal consumer goods product creation. Drive end-to-end process blueprinting, cross-functional collaboration, project leadership, training, and KPI-based reporting to accelerate time-to-market.
