Lead design, configuration, and integration of the Order Management System (Blue Yonder) within an Oracle ERP ecosystem. Own O2C/P2P processes, support B2B and DTC/Shopify initiatives, manage integrations, testing, user support, and continuous improvement across distributed teams.

Design and develop color, material, and finish (CMF) concepts for softgoods and hardgoods from ideation through production handoff. Create trend-driven palettes, artwork, and material specs; produce presentations and 2D/3D renderings; collaborate with development, industrial design, product management, and external partners; manage build files, sample reviews, PLM initiatives, and deliverables on product calendars.

Lead end-to-end CMF development and production art across hardgoods and softgoods. Manage CMF workflows, PLM, sampling, BOMs, vendor/factory communication, and team development. Drive process improvements, quality standards, and cross-functional alignment; travel to APAC ~2x/year.
