Manages high-volume photo studio operations, including capacity planning, production scheduling, resource allocation, budgets, invoicing, workflow design, and stakeholder communication. Owns Creative Force configuration, data integrity, workflow optimization, and integration coordination with platforms such as Bynder and Asana. Identifies operational bottlenecks, implements scalable process improvements, supports vendor workflows, and explores AI and emerging technologies to increase creative production efficiency.
