Lead end-to-end CMF development and production art across hardgoods and softgoods. Manage CMF workflows, PLM, sampling, BOMs, vendor/factory communication, and team development. Drive process improvements, quality standards, and cross-functional alignment; travel to APAC ~2x/year.

Responsible for managing and growing the Ace Hardware account, driving sales growth, optimizing product assortment, and leading merchandising strategies in collaboration with marketing and supply chain teams.

Lead and support demand planning team to improve account-level forecast accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply planning, finance, and fulfillment; develop metrics and dashboards; enhance S&OP and forecasting processes; manage inventory alignment and new-product replenishment; identify risks and drive actionable insights.
