Teams at StandardAero

Produces technical work packs and documentation, audits operations and engineering processes, leads incident investigations and improvement projects, and resolves shop-floor engineering issues with global aerospace teams. Supports training and communication initiatives while maintaining tooling, equipment, calibration, filing, maintenance, and aircraft-part scrap records. Requires engineering, manufacturing, or aviation management education or equivalent experience, strong stakeholder skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and flexibility for shifts and on-call duties.

Leads aerospace business-unit quality programs, including policy development, quality-data monitoring, continuous improvement, audits, corrective actions, warranty investigations, supplier oversight, and regulatory compliance. Partners with engineering, operations, marketing, and suppliers to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Manages quality resources and direct reports while supporting strategic planning, budgets, training, and employee development.

Protect enterprise systems by conducting security and vulnerability assessments, monitoring alerts, investigating incidents, supporting audits and remediation, administering cybersecurity technologies, performing threat hunting, strengthening security controls, and maintaining governance documentation. The role collaborates with IT Operations and researches emerging security technologies, frameworks, and threats.
