Support production and growth projects through continuous improvement on aero-engine and oilfield part manufacturing, process digitalization, visual management of operations and quality, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Work terms are 4 or 6 months.

The Production Lead oversees the production unit, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and delivery. They manage operations, staff training, continuous improvement, and compliance with safety and quality standards while fostering a productive work environment.

Lead and manage a global network team to design, implement, secure, and maintain network infrastructure across 49 locations. Develop policies, monitor performance, manage vendors and lifecycle, ensure compliance, mentor staff, and report to senior management.
