Sell Standard Metrics' AI-driven financial data platform to new customers within an assigned territory. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, meet revenue targets, collaborate cross-functionally, provide customer feedback to Product and Marketing, and travel for client visits and events.

Serve as the technical owner for customer-facing data workflows and integrations: build pipelines, write SQL and Python scripts, deploy AI-powered workflows, manage APIs and Snowflake ingestion, and translate repeatable solutions into product requirements while supporting customer success and internal engineering.

Lead end-to-end product design for a B2B SaaS financial data platform, creating and validating AI-enabled workflows through research, prototyping, testing, and cross-functional collaboration. Define AI behavior, UX for trust and correction, contribute to design systems, and partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and ship features.

Manage the complete post-sales lifecycle for VC/PE and startup customers: drive adoption, retention, renewals and upsells, build executive relationships, provide best practices, forecast revenue, run partnership reviews, and advocate customer needs to product and engineering.

Build and maintain the core backend product: design and implement features, take ownership of end-to-end outcomes, iterate and fix bugs without a QA team, collaborate with product on scoping, and contribute to company culture and hiring.
