Lead the L2 Application Support team to deliver operational support for business applications across Azure, AWS and on-prem platforms. Oversee ICFR/SOX controls, financial reporting, actuarial and treasury processes, finance transformation programmes, risk reporting, and remediation. Manage a team of risk professionals and collaborate with specialist risk functions to deliver integrated risk insight to senior leadership and boards.

Lead delivery of the annual compensation cycle (pay review, AIP/bonus), provide specialist reward advice, perform reward modelling and analysis, support benefits programme management and governance, engage stakeholders and monitor market trends to shape reward solutions.
