Provide actuarial, technical and commercial advice to support business decision-making. Lead and own the end-to-end transition and onboarding of Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) schemes to buy-out. Act as primary contact for trustees, administrators and outsourced partners, drive project plans, manage data cleanse activities, identify and mitigate risks, produce management information, prepare contractual and policy documents, and support development of the transition team.

Lead European Risk & Compliance for Standard Life International dac, embedding enterprise risk and compliance frameworks, providing independent Line 2 oversight, advising Board and regulators, managing Irish and German teams, and owning prescribed regulatory responsibilities including recovery planning, stress-testing, climate financial risk, and ORSA implementation.

Provide professional hybrid (phone/remote) financial advice on retirement and investment solutions, complete fact-finds, prepare suitability reports, retain and grow client assets, meet retail growth targets, develop referral networks, maintain Training & Competence standards and CPD, and contribute commercial ideas to generate revenue.

Own end-to-end payroll for pension, annuity, and ARF customers, ensure Revenue compliance, process RPNs, resolve PAYE queries, perform manual tax calculations, reconcile with Finance, drive process improvements, and support projects and training.
