Own and prioritise the product backlog for customer-facing digital platforms. Translate business and customer needs into user stories, collaborate with Agile delivery squads, support prioritisation and delivery, remove blockers, and improve digital journeys. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and delivery teams, with a focus on measurable customer outcomes.

Build, maintain, enhance, and document annuity cashflow and pricing models for retirement and asset management analytics. Develop services and reporting tools using AWS, Python, Rust, Beacon, and Snowflake; contribute to modelling methodologies; monitor platform performance; resolve reliability issues; and support business applications including valuation, reinsurance, structuring, longevity analysis, and Solvency II capital management.

Support large employer clients in designing, implementing, configuring, testing, and enhancing their Lifelens workplace pension platforms. Act as the primary technical contact, assess change requests, gather and document requirements, manage platform builds, and coordinate with relationship managers, communications, implementation, pension administration, and client teams to deliver accurate solutions.
