Provide actuarial, technical and commercial advice to support business decision-making. Develop and test complex models and propositions, prepare management reports, lead small projects, mentor actuarial trainees, maintain regulatory and professional knowledge, and communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders across the business.

Support and improve finance risk and control frameworks by performing assurance and control testing, documentation, action plan tracking, and preparing governance materials. Work across Finance processes to embed the Risk Management Framework and Internal Controls Framework, support Senior Managers and Risk & Control Leads, and act as a flexible resource across teams to identify and resolve control issues.

Perform actuarial work to onboard BPA deals into regulatory reporting, validate financial impacts of transactions, support scheme obligations (data cleanses, buy-out activities), and help improve processes and systems. Mentor and manage actuarial analysts and trainees, liaise with senior stakeholders, and contribute to financial reporting metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
