Lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of secure internal developer platforms for Pensions and Savings technology services. Build golden paths, automated onboarding journeys, reusable workflows, and self-service capabilities using GitHub, GitHub Actions, infrastructure as code, and scripting. Manage developer tooling, artifacts, containers, observability, security, governance, and cloud integrations while partnering with application, architecture, security, risk, and operations teams.

Oversee outsourced custody services and related investment operations, ensuring effective governance, controls, risk management, regulatory compliance, and service delivery. The role involves analyzing reports and performance trends, investigating and escalating issues, supporting custody-related system and process changes, testing implementations, documenting activities, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and control effectiveness while collaborating with custodians, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
