Create detailed plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations; surface risks and blockers; drive stakeholder communication; improve PM processes and tools to ensure timely, on-scope delivery in a fast-paced creative environment.

Lead and scale statewide grassroots field operations: recruit, hire, coach, and manage multi-layered teams; design and execute grassroots strategies, events, volunteer activation, and advocacy; own data and targeting strategy; coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners; manage full employee lifecycle and adoption of CRM and internal systems to deliver measurable policy outcomes.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable Node.js backend services and integrations for consumer web apps on AWS. Build secure, high-performance APIs, improve CI/CD and observability, enforce engineering standards, and mentor engineers while partnering with product and design to deliver solutions.

Generate and qualify donor partner leads through high-volume outbound and inbound outreach across phone, text, email, direct mail, and LinkedIn; use Salesforce to track activity; assess alignment with Stand Together's mission; and hand off qualified prospects to major gift officers.

Own architecture and reliability of backend systems for consumer-facing web apps. Design and maintain scalable APIs, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and CMS integrations. Mentor engineers, enforce engineering standards, improve deployment and security practices, and partner with product and design to deliver high-impact features.

Lead HR technology strategy and execution as the primary IT partner for People. Stabilize and improve HRIS and supporting systems, define governance and intake/prioritization, align HR systems with enterprise data and IT architecture, coordinate releases, and translate HR priorities into scalable system roadmaps and operational improvements.

The Grassroots Coordinator will recruit and engage grassroots leaders, mobilize them for policy reforms, and collaborate with local activists for events and initiatives.
