Lead regional communications for Americans for Prosperity and Stand Together partners. Develop communications strategies, messaging frameworks, press materials, rapid-response content, and grassroots-facing copy. Build relationships with journalists, influencers, coalitions, and stakeholders across multiple media markets; pitch stories, secure earned media, prepare spokespeople, monitor coverage, and support campaign and paid-media efforts. The role requires 5+ years of political, government, campaign, trade association, or agency communications experience.

Provides legal counsel to nonprofit organizations on campaign finance, lobbying, political activity, nonprofit compliance, government ethics, and related laws. Responsibilities include legal research, risk-adjusted advice, compliance monitoring, cross-functional collaboration, client education, training, and occasional support for First Amendment litigation and policy efforts. The role requires at least three years of legal practice and Virginia bar licensure or eligibility for Virginia in-house counsel registration.

Owns the reliability, integration, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications supporting HR, finance, and operations. Designs API-driven integrations, automates manual processes, troubleshoots application and data-flow issues, supports releases and incident management, and translates business needs into scalable technical solutions. The role also documents architecture, collaborates across technology teams, and evaluates AI and automation opportunities.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams, maintain healthy and standardized Jira backlogs, track sprint metrics, analyze blockers and rollover, and drive continuous Agile improvement. Manages partnership activations, events, campaigns, and local experiences for Wichita’s service club. Designs, builds, and governs enterprise identity and access management across human and non-human identities. Implements Okta and Auth0 solutions, SSO, MFA, federation, lifecycle management, privileged access, secrets management, workload identity, and least-privilege controls. Partners with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams on identity-first and zero-trust designs, leads IAM tooling migrations, and establishes monitoring, auditing, incident response, and compliance practices. The role also advises teams on identity security and emerging AI-agent governance.

Manage and operationalize a portfolio of media partnerships: develop partnership plans, coordinate production and stakeholders, create creative briefs, track timelines, contracts, and deliverables, and establish workflows to scale proactive, strategic media collaborations that align with organizational priorities.

The Director of Operations will build and manage Radius’s scalable operating model across four markets. Responsibilities include project and program management, prioritizing workstreams, developing knowledge systems, coordinating strategy and market cadences, tracking portfolio solutions and funder commitments, maintaining shared partnership protocols, and supporting communications and executive coordination. The role requires hands-on field engagement, cross-functional alignment, operational systems design, and regular travel to Radius markets.

Build and manage high-touch partner engagement programs for Stand Together Ventures. Recruit and onboard high-potential partners, deepen relationships, match expertise to initiatives, create peer-driven events and working groups, establish feedback processes, and execute long-term engagement plans. The role requires strategic judgment, cross-functional collaboration, relationship-building with major donors or comparable stakeholders, and accountability for mutual value and measurable outcomes.

Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Communications Officer, Editor in Chief, and VP of Communications. Manage complex calendars, prepare briefings and talking points, triage executive correspondence, coordinate travel and logistics, support crisis response and after-hours needs, and handle expenses and administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder relationships.

Generate and qualify donor partner leads through high-volume outbound and inbound outreach across phone, text, email, direct mail, and LinkedIn; use Salesforce to track activity; assess alignment with Stand Together's mission; and hand off qualified prospects to major gift officers.

Own architecture and reliability of backend systems for consumer-facing web apps. Design and maintain scalable APIs, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and CMS integrations. Mentor engineers, enforce engineering standards, improve deployment and security practices, and partner with product and design to deliver high-impact features.

Lead HR technology strategy and execution as the primary IT partner for People. Stabilize and improve HRIS and supporting systems, define governance and intake/prioritization, align HR systems with enterprise data and IT architecture, coordinate releases, and translate HR priorities into scalable system roadmaps and operational improvements.

The Grassroots Coordinator will recruit and engage grassroots leaders, mobilize them for policy reforms, and collaborate with local activists for events and initiatives.

The Senior Manager will lead digital content strategies to enhance the online visibility of executive leadership through multimedia content and social media.
