The Director of Operations will build and manage Radius’s scalable operating model across four markets. Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Communications Officer, Editor in Chief, and VP of Communications. Manage complex calendars, prepare briefings and talking points, triage executive correspondence, coordinate travel and logistics, support crisis response and after-hours needs, and handle expenses and administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder relationships.

Generate and qualify donor partner leads through high-volume outbound and inbound outreach across phone, text, email, direct mail, and LinkedIn; use Salesforce to track activity; assess alignment with Stand Together's mission; and hand off qualified prospects to major gift officers.
