Lead and grow a partnerships/fundraising team to secure high-value donor relationships. Develop value propositions, teach revenue-generation skills, drive stewardship, collaborate cross-functionally, and cultivate talent while growing revenue across an 8+ figure portfolio.

Provide high-level administrative support to multiple principals: manage complex calendars, prepare meetings and follow-ups, book travel and process expenses, maintain organizational knowledge, and improve administrative processes to increase efficiency and coordination across strategic initiatives.

Lead and develop a team of Partnership Managers and build systems, processes, and operating rhythms to scale partnership management. Own annual planning and assessment cycles and manage the team's Airtable CRM for data integrity, reporting, and workflow. Drive cross-functional coordination, track progress, surface risks, and ensure consistent execution across the Strategic Partnerships portfolio.
