The Associate Creative Director will lead high-profile campaigns, collaborate with teams, ensure strategic execution across platforms, and mentor junior creatives while delivering impactful storytelling.

Writes and edits English- and Spanish-language blogs, emails, web content, reports, direct mail, and grassroots advocacy materials for Hispanic audiences. Translates complex policy issues into accessible, culturally relevant messages, manages LIBRE’s editorial calendar, supports strategic communications, and collaborates with cross-functional partners under tight deadlines.

Supports partnership portfolio operations by maintaining Salesforce data, tracking financial and portfolio activity, preparing donor materials, coordinating meetings and events, managing recurring communications, monitoring deadlines, and improving workflows. The role ensures accurate, timely, and polished execution for Partnership Success Managers and Advisors while coordinating with finance, legal, communications, events, and proposal teams.
