Leads and develops the Partnerships team, drives partnership strategy, manages a portfolio of strategic relationships, evaluates opportunities, negotiates mutually beneficial outcomes, and contributes to Education Operations leadership. The role also develops team talent, translates organizational priorities into action, brings market insights into strategy, and helps improve partnership capabilities for educators and the organization.

Leads the strategy and theory of change for a national initiative building shared American identity around founding principles. The role aligns philanthropic, sports, entertainment, music, civics, and community partners; integrates narrative, action, marketing, content, fundraising, and civics efforts; manages a portfolio of experiments; establishes accountability systems; develops organizational talent; and represents the initiative externally through influence and coalition leadership.

Manage cross-functional activation initiatives from planning through execution. Build project plans, timelines, and deliverables; coordinate meetings and stakeholders; track risks, dependencies, budgets, and progress; maintain documentation and reporting; support external partnerships and community-facing campaigns; improve workflows; and capture lessons learned. The role requires strong organization, communication, project management discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
