Onsite IT Business Analyst in Houston responsible for gathering and translating business requirements for the RentalMan ERP, configuring core modules, supporting integrations, driving process improvements, leading testing/UAT and deployments, maintaining documentation, and supporting change management and roadmap efforts.

Provide Tier 3 application and integration support for internal and customer-facing surveillance applications. Lead API integration efforts, onboarding and deployment projects, vet third-party apps, contribute to feature roadmaps, support R&D hardware/application needs, maintain technical documentation, create maintenance/upgrades plans, deliver training, and develop cross-team reports while troubleshooting and improving processes.

Manage and standardize billing operations across assigned locations, ensure accurate timely invoicing, resolve complex billing exceptions, maintain SOPs, monitor billing metrics, lead and train billing staff, and partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to support quote-to-cash processes and continuous improvement.

Manage electronic invoicing and trace unpaid invoices to resolution. Monitor AR aging, investigate disputes and inaccuracies, prepare reports, apply payments (ACH, credit card, checks), maintain account records, perform monthly revenue close reporting, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure billing compliance.

Provide general office administration including invoice processing, PO creation and matching, expense report reconciliation, scheduling, records management, inventory/asset tracking, and vendor/client communication. Support reporting, meetings, and other administrative positions as needed while maintaining confidentiality and strong customer service.

Drive new business and manage a robust sales pipeline for equipment rentals and industrial/environmental services in the Indianapolis and Cincinnati areas. Identify prospects, secure RFQ/RFP inclusion, lead proposal development, manage customer relationships, coordinate with corporate and field teams, assist with contracting and credit assessments, and meet sales quotas using Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Own the full sales cycle for security and surveillance equipment rentals and sales across the West Coast. Develop regional sales strategy, prospect and close new business, manage and grow accounts, perform onsite evaluations, coordinate delivery/installation with operations, track pipeline in CRM, and represent the company at industry events.

Provides general office administration and coordination: PO and invoice processing, vendor management, expense coding (Concur), scheduling, records and inventory tracking, HR support for hiring and compliance, report preparation, and process documentation. Requires strong communication, discretion, organization, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Manage electronic invoicing and collections by investigating unpaid invoices, resolving disputes, processing payments (cc, ACH, checks) via CRM, monitoring AR aging, maintaining account records, and supporting monthly revenue close and reporting.

Lead and manage Tier I-III support teams for surveillance products, ensuring SLA and KPI performance, ticket resolution, escalations, staffing, onboarding, and operational process improvements while coordinating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Field teams.

Sell and develop rental product and service opportunities within an assigned territory. Prospect, qualify, and close new business; manage proposals, meet monthly quotas, log opportunities in Salesforce, maintain customer relationships, attend local sales events, and adhere to company policies and expense budgets.

Drive new customer acquisition and manage a sales pipeline for industrial, environmental, and equipment rental services. Generate proposals, pursue RFQ/RFP opportunities, support contracting and credit assessments, attend local sales events, and meet sales quotas while coordinating with corporate and field teams.

Support and administer the RentalMan ERP on IBM i/AS400 and DB2, handling daily operations, integrations, SQL development, performance tuning, releases, user security, testing, documentation, training, and after-hours incident support while partnering with business teams and vendors.

Perform onsite quality inspections to identify and fix gaps in products and processes, document safety and compliance issues (OSHA/electrical grounding), communicate findings with internal and external stakeholders, and implement checks to improve customer satisfaction and safety.

Owner of Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations: build and execute email campaigns, journeys, automations, and data model (data extensions). Manage integrations (ZoomInfo, CRM, ad platforms), reporting/attribution (GA4, UTM), compliance, and marketing tech governance. Support Sales handoffs, create documentation and training, and optimize the martech stack.

Manage onboarding and training for new customers, partner with sales to transition prospects, create documentation and presentations, monitor engagement, resolve issues, and drive retention through customer support and internal collaboration.

Supervise frac division field operations, ensuring safety compliance, managing personnel, schedules, inventory, maintenance, vendor relationships, training, payroll records, and customer relations to optimize productivity and profitability.

Lead and manage a regional sales team to meet revenue targets, build client relationships, generate leads, deliver presentations, and coordinate with Operations. Drive CRM adoption and reporting in Salesforce, support proposals and collections, and represent the company at industry events while maintaining process documentation and market intelligence.
