Develops new and existing customers for industrial, environmental, equipment rental, and related services in the Beaumont area. Responsibilities include building sales pipelines, securing RFQ/RFP opportunities, managing customer relationships, developing proposals, supporting contracting and credit assessments, meeting sales quotas, and coordinating with corporate sales, field sales, and operations. The role also requires participation in industry events and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Provide general office administration including invoice processing, PO creation and matching, expense report reconciliation, scheduling, records management, inventory/asset tracking, and vendor/client communication. Support reporting, meetings, and other administrative positions as needed while maintaining confidentiality and strong customer service.

Perform onsite quality inspections to identify and fix gaps in products and processes, document safety and compliance issues (OSHA/electrical grounding), communicate findings with internal and external stakeholders, and implement checks to improve customer satisfaction and safety.

Drive new customer acquisition and manage sales efforts for equipment rentals and industrial/environmental services in the Indianapolis and Cincinnati areas. Build and maintain a sales pipeline, respond to RFQ/RFPs, develop proposals, support MSA contracting and credit assessments, attend local sales events, and collaborate with corporate and field teams to meet sales targets and budgets.

Sell and develop rental product and service opportunities within an assigned territory. Prospect, qualify, and close new business; manage proposals, meet monthly quotas, log opportunities in Salesforce, maintain customer relationships, attend local sales events, and adhere to company policies and expense budgets.

Own the full sales cycle for security and surveillance equipment rentals and sales across the West Coast. Develop regional sales strategy, prospect and close new business, manage and grow accounts, perform onsite evaluations, coordinate delivery/installation with operations, track pipeline in CRM, and represent the company at industry events.

Drive new customer acquisition and manage a sales pipeline for industrial, environmental, and equipment rental services. Generate proposals, pursue RFQ/RFP opportunities, support contracting and credit assessments, attend local sales events, and meet sales quotas while coordinating with corporate and field teams.

Support development, testing, integration, and lifecycle management of security and surveillance hardware. Configure and troubleshoot IP cameras, networking (TCP/IP, PoE, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, VPNs), low-voltage electrical systems, and firmware. Build POCs, maintain BOMs, lab/demo equipment, documentation, and provide technical guidance to manufacturing, support, sales engineering, and field teams.

Lead data-driven process improvements for modular trailer manufacturing. Analyze operations, develop KPIs and dashboards, use AI to automate reporting and forecasting, perform cost and labor analysis, support scheduling and capacity planning, drive Lean/continuous improvement, optimize material and facility flow, and deliver executive reporting to improve productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.

Lead and manage a regional sales team to meet revenue targets, build client relationships, generate leads, deliver presentations, and coordinate with Operations. Drive CRM adoption and reporting in Salesforce, support proposals and collections, and represent the company at industry events while maintaining process documentation and market intelligence.
