Sell and develop rental product and service opportunities within an assigned territory. Prospect, qualify, and close new business; manage proposals, meet monthly quotas, log opportunities in Salesforce, maintain customer relationships, attend local sales events, and adhere to company policies and expense budgets.

Own the full sales cycle for security and surveillance equipment rentals and sales across the West Coast. Develop regional sales strategy, prospect and close new business, manage and grow accounts, perform onsite evaluations, coordinate delivery/installation with operations, track pipeline in CRM, and represent the company at industry events.

Drive new customer acquisition and manage sales efforts for equipment rentals and industrial/environmental services in the Indianapolis and Cincinnati areas. Build and maintain a sales pipeline, respond to RFQ/RFPs, develop proposals, support MSA contracting and credit assessments, attend local sales events, and collaborate with corporate and field teams to meet sales targets and budgets.

Support development, testing, integration, and lifecycle management of security and surveillance hardware. Configure and troubleshoot IP cameras, networking (TCP/IP, PoE, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, VPNs), low-voltage electrical systems, and firmware. Build POCs, maintain BOMs, lab/demo equipment, documentation, and provide technical guidance to manufacturing, support, sales engineering, and field teams.

Designs, operates, and modernizes Stallion’s hybrid infrastructure, with primary responsibility for Microsoft Azure architecture, networking, identity, security, backup, disaster recovery, and connectivity. Leads cloud migrations, infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, automation, cost optimization, and site integrations. Provides advanced troubleshooting, maintains security and operational standards, documents architecture, and supports business-critical integration and AI platforms. This is an in-office Houston role with occasional after-hours maintenance work.

Develops new and existing customer relationships for industrial, environmental, and equipment rental products and services. Builds sales pipelines, identifies RFQ/RFP opportunities, leads proposals, manages customer needs, and supports contracting and credit assessment. Coordinates with sales and operations teams, attends industry events, meets sales quotas, and maintains accurate customer and expense documentation.

Provides administrative and operational support for a 24/7 Network Operations Center. Responsibilities include ticket administration, SLA and escalation tracking, reporting, scheduling field technicians and vendors, customer communications, inventory and asset tracking, documentation, outage coordination, onboarding support, and maintaining SOPs and knowledge bases. The role coordinates workflows among NOC leadership, technical teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel while supporting service delivery and operational readiness.
