Develops new and existing customers for industrial, environmental, equipment rental, and related services in the Beaumont area. Responsibilities include building sales pipelines, securing RFQ/RFP opportunities, managing customer relationships, developing proposals, supporting contracting and credit assessments, meeting sales quotas, and coordinating with corporate sales, field sales, and operations. The role also requires participation in industry events and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Provide general office administration including invoice processing, PO creation and matching, expense report reconciliation, scheduling, records management, inventory/asset tracking, and vendor/client communication. Support reporting, meetings, and other administrative positions as needed while maintaining confidentiality and strong customer service.

Perform onsite quality inspections to identify and fix gaps in products and processes, document safety and compliance issues (OSHA/electrical grounding), communicate findings with internal and external stakeholders, and implement checks to improve customer satisfaction and safety.
