Manages comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs for a manufacturing site. Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulations; maintains ISO and related management systems; leads audits, inspections, incident investigations, risk assessments, environmental testing, training, and corrective actions. The role develops safety initiatives, supports workers’ compensation case management, advises senior leadership, and promotes employee accountability and a proactive safety culture.

Designs and applies Stabilus linear actuators and Powerise products for industrial customer applications. Sizes standard products, designs custom solutions, creates CAD drawings, supports prototypes and production launches, conducts validation testing, analyzes failures, and recommends corrective actions. Provides technical support and training to sales teams, distributors, and customers, negotiates technical agreements, handles engineering changes, and participates in customer visits, trade shows, and quality investigations.

Supervises production planning for U.S. operations, including master scheduling, job prioritization, supplier releases, inventory coordination, expedited materials, engineering changes, and customer demand fluctuations. The role balances production capacity and headcount, monitors logistics and shipment performance, resolves inventory discrepancies, supports PPAP timing, manages departmental budgets, and leads cross-functional teams. Travel to customers and Stabilus facilities may be required.

Leads manufacturing process design, optimization, automation, cost reduction, capital equipment projects, APQP product launches, and cross-functional initiatives across assembly, machining, painting, material handling, and printing. Applies quality Core Tools, develops Creo models and tooling designs, supports production performance, and manages project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
