Support academic technology leadership by implementing and maintaining educational technology solutions, administering and troubleshooting LMS (Canvas) including Colleague-LMS data synchronization, training faculty and students, evaluating digital tools, ensuring data privacy/security, conducting LMS data analytics, and assisting on technology projects from planning through execution.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and improve online courses using LMS platforms; create multimedia learning materials, maintain course documentation, provide Canvas support, and facilitate faculty professional development and workshops.

Provide visionary leadership for the Honors College, overseeing curriculum, advising, recruitment, assessment, budget and fundraising, partnerships, digital presence, and staff supervision; teach and mentor students and faculty while promoting community engagement and student development.

Lead production deployment and ongoing development of a FERPA-compliant, enterprise-grade Student Success SIS. Build frontend and backend systems, design relational databases with RLS, integrate LLMs/RAG and third-party systems, implement secure authentication and zero-trust architecture, and maintain monitoring, testing, and compliance for high-availability operation.

Provide administrative support to the HR department including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee database maintenance, scheduling interviews and orientation, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and responding to employee queries.

Teach undergraduate, graduate and doctoral accounting courses; advise and mentor students; conduct independent research and scholarship in accounting, auditing or taxation; develop programs; collaborate with faculty and industry; pursue grant funding and contribute to multidisciplinary, ethics-focused curriculum.

Provide operational academic leadership for the College of Nursing, overseeing curriculum alignment, accreditation support, faculty development, clinical placements, student success initiatives, academic operations, and stakeholder engagement. Support program directors, coordinate online and simulation-based learning, lead strategic initiatives, and teach 2–3 nursing courses annually.

Provide expert reference, research, and instructional support in foreign, international, and comparative law; manage and develop international law collections; create research guides and instructional materials; support law school programs (e.g., Human Rights, Human Trafficking); participate in general reference services and professional development representation.

Monitor exam sessions, enforce testing rules, track time, communicate clearly, multitask, and ensure exam integrity. Work scheduled shifts (morning and/or afternoon; some evening exams possible).

Teach and design graduate-level online courses for the Accelerated MSN program, mentor and advise students, participate in curriculum development, accreditation (CCNE) and program assessment, engage in simulation/virtual clinical activities, and pursue scholarly activity while contributing to service and student success.

Provide one-on-one and small-group academic support to university students, help develop study skills, time management, and independence, create individualized MAPS plans, monitor and document student progress, collaborate with staff and faculty, participate in meetings and trainings, and serve as a mentor and role model within the Bobcat Trailblazer Program.

Perform bookkeeping and fund accounting for Public Guardian clients: prepare financial statements, reconciliations, audits, tax forms, bank transactions, and compliance reports; collaborate with agencies (SSA, DCF, VA) and grants department; maintain records and internal controls; complete guardianship training and exam within one year.

Lead and manage a comprehensive academic support program including tutoring, supplemental instruction, testing services, and interventions for at-risk students. Oversee program design, assessment, tracking, budget, staff recruitment/training/supervision, and coordinate outreach for students on academic probation while collaborating with faculty and student success partners to improve retention and degree completion.

Advise and support a significant caseload of undergraduate and graduate students from enrollment through on-time degree/certificate completion. Create and monitor individualized Student Success Plans using Ellucian systems, intervene proactively, coordinate with Registrar and faculty, manage retention tools (Early Alert/Starfish), provide in-person and online advising, assist with orientation and events, and support students with accommodations and career planning.

Provide visible campus security presence, patrol buildings and residence halls, monitor CCTV and alarms, respond to incidents and emergencies, conduct inspections and investigations, maintain records and certifications, coordinate with university stakeholders and local law enforcement, and occasionally lead or train other officers.

Lead and manage an accelerated BSN program, teaching courses, mentoring students and faculty, overseeing curriculum, accreditation (CCNE), admissions, clinical partnerships, budgeting, scheduling, and data-driven quality improvement to ensure NCLEX success and program compliance.

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in quantitative analysis, supply chain, operations, logistics, and managerial economics; design applied, technology-forward learning experiences; advise and mentor students; maintain an active program of scholarship; participate in assessment, accreditation, curriculum development, and community/industry engagement.

Provide visible campus public safety presence by patrolling (vehicle, golf cart, or foot), monitoring CCTV and alarms, responding to incidents, conducting safety inspections and room checks, documenting incidents, coordinating with university stakeholders and local law enforcement, and participating in drills and emergency responses.
