Advise and support a significant caseload of undergraduate and graduate students from enrollment through on-time degree/certificate completion. Create and monitor individualized Student Success Plans using Ellucian systems, intervene proactively, coordinate with Registrar and faculty, manage retention tools (Early Alert/Starfish), provide in-person and online advising, assist with orientation and events, and support students with accommodations and career planning.

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Ethical Leadership both in-person and online; develop curriculum and assessments; engage students with interactive methods; provide timely feedback and grading; stay current with research and best practices; participate in department meetings and collaborate with faculty to support program goals.

Provide visible campus security presence, patrol buildings and residence halls, monitor CCTV and alarms, respond to incidents and emergencies, conduct inspections and investigations, maintain records and certifications, coordinate with university stakeholders and local law enforcement, and occasionally lead or train other officers.
