Provide operational academic leadership for the College of Nursing, overseeing curriculum alignment, accreditation support, faculty development, clinical placements, student success initiatives, academic operations, and stakeholder engagement. Support program directors, coordinate online and simulation-based learning, lead strategic initiatives, and teach 2–3 nursing courses annually.

Manage daily operations of the LL.M./J.S.D. Intercultural Human Rights program, lead recruitment and enrollment, develop marketing and outreach, coordinate admissions and events, support budgeting, grant development, partnerships, and program activities.

Teach undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral education courses both in-person and online; advise and mentor students; engage in curriculum development, program assessment, research and publication; participate in service, recruitment, and foster an inclusive learning environment.
