Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for client-facing and internal products. Processes shareholder documentation, performs data entry and reconciliation, communicates with security holders about deficiencies, creates payment files, researches returned payments, and maintains compliance with document retention requirements. The role manages multiple M&A transactions, handles sensitive information, supports process improvements, and serves as a key contact for stakeholders while meeting strict deadlines and service levels.

Conduct end-to-end UX research across complex client and internal workflows using interviews, usability testing, surveys, and concept evaluations. Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to identify research opportunities, synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings, and communicate actionable recommendations. Establish scalable research practices, templates, standards, and repositories to improve consistency and knowledge sharing.

The Tax Operations Analyst validates tax documents and deal-level reporting data, identifies withholding and reporting requirements, resolves discrepancies, supports year-end tax form generation, and fulfills client-specific requests. The role also drives process improvements, meets service-level agreements, participates in departmental planning, and handles confidential investor communications with discretion.

Serve as primary client contact for post-closing M&A indemnification claims and milestone disputes. Interpret deal agreements, manage claims and formal dispute processes including negotiation, mediation, litigation, and arbitration, and develop resolution strategies. Draft deal correspondence, coordinate with outside counsel, collaborate internally, and support special projects. The role requires an experienced attorney with strong contract analysis, dispute management, client communication, organization, and ownership skills.

Administers M&A escrow, payment, and solicitation transactions before and after closing. Coordinates with operations, payments, legal, compliance, counsel, principals, and shareholders; reviews payment spreadsheets and transaction documents; updates internal databases; tracks deal status; and ensures processing complies with governing documents. Serves as the primary contact for transaction participants, manages time-sensitive tasks, and supports an exceptional client experience.

Lead a full-stack engineering team, balancing hands-on coding and technical leadership. Partner with Product to align priorities, drive quality practices, hire and coach engineers, improve engineering processes, contribute to the codebase, and ensure scalable, testable, and user-focused product delivery.

Review and analyze post-closing contractual obligations to support accurate and timely distribution of transaction funds. Coordinate with operations and internal teams, prepare release materials, manage a portfolio of post-closing releases, resolve problems to mitigate risk, ensure quality and timeliness, support special projects, and deliver training as needed.

Design, build, and maintain an internal data platform and pipelines. Ensure secure, governed, resilient data access for engineering and BI teams. Partner with architects, implement automations, support platform consumption, mentor users, and drive continuous improvement and compliance.

The Compliance Analyst reviews contractual obligations, manages distributions post-closing, liaises with clients and internal teams, and ensures compliance and accuracy in fund distribution processes.

Design, build, and maintain an internal data platform enabling secure, governed access for engineering and analytics. Partner with architects, implement data pipelines and automations, enforce security and compliance, support platform services, recommend architecture improvements, mentor teams, and drive adoption of scalable, self-service data capabilities.

Lead client relationships and coordinate escrow, payment, and solicitation processes across deals from kickoff through post-closing. Quarterback cross-functional teams, onboard clients, negotiate agreements, review payment data and legal documents, resolve transaction issues, mentor associates, and support market research and deal tracking for M&A and loan agency transactions.

Lead and manage cross-functional Agile delivery teams, take ownership of products, ensure alignment between Product and Engineering, and coach Engineers for efficient delivery.

Manage onboarding for new M&A transactions including client communications, document collection and upload, wire verification, fee collection, reconciliations, reporting to senior leadership, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely post-close account support.
