The Payments Compliance Analyst evaluates fraud concerns, resolves account validation exceptions, performs bank and internal reconciliations, and coordinates payment issues with banking partners and customers. The role supports transaction processing, payment transfers, fee sweeping, reporting, risk mitigation, and process improvements. It requires strong attention to detail, communication, discretion with PII, Excel proficiency, and flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work.

Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for client-facing and internal products. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, senior designers, and stakeholders; apply design systems; conduct usability testing; organize design handoffs; use AI-assisted tools; and iterate based on feedback. The role supports growth in UX/UI and product design while simplifying complex financial workflows.

Processes shareholder documentation, performs data entry and reconciliation, communicates with security holders about deficiencies, creates payment files, researches returned payments, and maintains compliance with document retention requirements. The role manages multiple M&A transactions, handles sensitive information, supports process improvements, and serves as a key contact for stakeholders while meeting strict deadlines and service levels.
