Series 99 license required.

Lead and deliver cross-functional projects while building change management as a discipline. Develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption plans. Manage project scope, schedules, risks, governance, and post-go-live stabilization. Measure adoption and readiness, establish templates and tools, and influence leaders to drive sustainable organizational change.

The Manager, Client Services oversees client service workflows, manages escalated issues, builds team structure, and ensures exceptional service to clients in M&A and VDR operations.
