Performs initial triage and troubleshooting of infrastructure and security alerts, analyzes SIEM and security tool events, manages incidents through ITSM platforms, escalates critical issues, supports incident response and service restoration, and maintains documentation, reports, and shift handovers.

Performs advanced security monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, malware and forensic analysis, SIEM detection engineering, and cloud security investigations. The analyst escalates and coordinates major incidents, tunes detection rules, analyzes endpoint and cloud threats, supports ransomware response, and improves cyber defense capabilities. The role participates in 24/7 coverage, on-call support, and major incident management.

Leads major incident resolution and participates in on-call and maintenance activities.

Supports logistics governance projects by tracking schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and action items. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, working groups, task forces, and governance meetings. Prepares agendas, minutes, dashboards, KPI reports, executive summaries, business requirements, project charters, SOPs, process flows, and status reports. Analyzes supply chain data and supports workshops, management presentations, and monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Analyzes supply chain business performance, financial metrics, budgets, costs, operational KPIs, and engineering data. Performs variance and root cause analysis, prepares management reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentations, and supports forecasting, strategic planning, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across logistics, procurement, inventory, and operations.

Analyzes financial and operational performance across supply chain operations, including KPIs, budgets, costs, variances, forecasts, and management reporting. Develops dashboards, scorecards, executive presentations, and data-driven recommendations. Supports cost optimization, root cause analysis, strategic planning, and corrective action initiatives across logistics, procurement, inventory, and manufacturing activities.

Secure and monitor multi-cloud environments through alert triage, incident response, configuration and IAM assessments, CSPM analysis, remediation documentation, security reporting, and automation. The role develops Python and Terraform-based tooling, supports cloud security controls, secures AI/ML workloads and services, and collaborates with engineering and stakeholders on governance, posture improvement, and corrective actions.

Designs, deploys, administers, and troubleshoots Zscaler ZIA and ZPA environments and enterprise network infrastructure. Manages Zero Trust policies, identity integrations, security controls, application onboarding, and VPN-to-ZTNA migrations. Supports LAN, WAN, wireless, data center, firewall, and SD-WAN environments; resolves L2/L3 incidents, performs root-cause analysis, monitors performance, and creates operational documentation. Participates in on-call and major incident management.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable data pipelines and solutions using Microsoft Fabric. Manages data ingestion, transformation, integration, storage, workflow reliability, quality, performance, troubleshooting, security, governance, and documentation. Collaborates with analysts, business users, and technical teams to define data requirements. Uses conversational analytics tools to support natural-language data exploration and contributes to broader organizational data and analytics improvements.

Support and improve multi-cloud security posture through alert triage, remediation documentation, configuration and IAM assessments, security automation, AI/ML workload protection, incident response, and operational reporting. Collaborate with engineering teams and maintain tooling, documentation, and metrics to drive continuous security improvements.

Design, implement, and maintain cloud security across multi-cloud environments. Manage CSPM, IAM, network security, logging/monitoring, email security (Proofpoint), EDR, SIEM triage, incident response, and automate security workflows with scripting. Ensure compliance with ISO27001, SOC2, and NIST.

Perform security design reviews and threat models across the SDLC, consult with product and engineering teams, identify and prioritize risks, recommend mitigations, improve security standards and documentation, develop tooling/automation for security reviews, support AI/ML feature security, and assist incident investigations and developer education.

Triage, validate, prioritize, and track remediation of application vulnerabilities from various sources (SAST/DAST/SCA/bug bounties). Perform code reviews, support on-call incident triage, manage scanning tools, develop security tooling and automation, collaborate with engineering to drive remediation, and contribute to secure SDLC practices and developer education.

Serve as IT Business Analyst for commercial finance and revenue management: gather and translate complex requirements, perform SQL data analysis, support SDLC (waterfall/agile), author user stories and documentation, coordinate testing (SIT/UAT), manage change via ServiceNow and Kneat SLC, and liaise between business and technical teams to deliver system solutions and process improvements.

Lead backend architecture and system design for distributed systems. Build high-performance Python/FastAPI services, RESTful and async APIs, design RDBMS and NoSQL schemas, ensure scalability, resilience, and maintainability, produce architecture docs, and guide teams on trade-offs and best practices.

Serve as the Model N techno-functional SME, translating business needs into configuration and integrations, leading design workshops, supporting UAT and data migration, troubleshooting, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring delivery quality for pharmaceutical revenue management (pricing, government pricing, rebates, chargebacks).

Develop, maintain, and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and views. Write and tune SQL for large datasets, implement partitioning and indexing strategies, use cursors/temporary tables, debug database issues, and collaborate with teams to deliver scalable, modular solutions following coding best practices.

Provide statistical expertise for clinical trial design, analysis, and reporting. Develop SAPs, randomization schemes, TLFs, SDTM/ADaM datasets, and define.xml. Program and validate analyses in SAS, R, and Python; create dashboards, Spotfire visualizations, and automated reports. Ensure CDISC/ICH compliance, support regulatory submissions, safety analytics, RBM, and present findings cross-functionally.

Build and maintain enterprise-scale React TypeScript applications with AG Grid and Ant Design. Implement GraphQL (Apollo) queries/mutations, create reusable components, multi-step form wizards, unit/integration tests (Vitest), optimize performance and bundle size, and follow code quality, linting, and Agile processes.

Build and deploy ML models on structured and unstructured data, design A/B tests, create visualizations, collaborate cross-functionally, operationalise pipelines with data engineering, develop domain expertise, and translate analyses into stakeholder recommendations.
