Lead model development, MLOps/CI-CD, cloud integration (Azure/AWS/GCP), monitoring, governance, and deliver measurable automation and business outcomes.

Lead design, deployment, optimization, and modernization of IBM Cognos BI solutions. Define architecture and standards, manage platform administration and upgrades, support Model N Flex reporting, drive Cognos-to-Power BI migration, and build reports/dashboards for commercial contracting and government pricing (AMP, Best Price, Medicaid, FSS, 340B). Provide release management, performance tuning, stakeholder collaboration, and technical leadership to development teams.

Own and improve end-to-end CI/CD, build automation, release and integration for telecom software. Implement and maintain Jenkins pipelines, nightly builds, artifact management, static-analysis automation, and Yocto/Meson-based embedded builds. Troubleshoot build environments, automate validations, coordinate across platform and R&D teams, and support target deployment and sanity testing.
