Provides cradle-to-grave government contract negotiation and administration for proposals, contracts, OTAs, grants, and cooperative agreements. The role requires collaboration across disciplines, detailed engineering analysis, 3D CAD design, manufacturing knowledge, and prototype build execution.

Coordinate renewals and new sales for BioCyc/Pathway Tools, maintaining sales records and renewal tracking in HubSpot and Stripe. The role is based onsite in Princeton, New Jersey, with up to 60% domestic travel.

Supports low-complexity grants, contracts, and agreements for a government research organization. Responsibilities include contract analysis, compliance review, proposal preparation, pre-contract data collection, government contract administration, vendor and customer communications, and drafting nondisclosure and teaming agreements. The role collaborates with legal, project, program, sales, and service teams and may require minimal travel to SRI or customer sites.

Conduct mammalian tissue culture, molecular cloning, RNA/DNA isolation and analysis, and biochemical assays supporting drug discovery, cell and gene therapies, and drug delivery programs. Maintain laboratory records, electronic lab documentation, SOPs, reports, and housekeeping standards. Collaborate across multidisciplinary research programs in an onsite laboratory environment.

Performs hands-on semiconductor wafer fabrication operations in a cleanroom, operates production and metrology equipment, conducts experiments, collects and analyzes manufacturing data, and documents results. Leads applied research and proposal development as a Principal Investigator for radar and remote sensing programs. Designs and develops IC layouts for CMOS, BiCMOS, Bipolar, analog, and digital technologies. Responsibilities include creating and supervising LVS, DRC, and ERC rules; evaluating technology-specific layout requirements; documenting technology information; enhancing place-and-route algorithms; and developing CAD scripts for memory placement and antenna mitigation.
