Serve as sole HR leader for a ~95-employee manufacturing site, leading recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and development. Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, engagement, retention, and culture to support business strategy and a high-performing environment.

Provide phone and email support to new and existing customers, resolve complaints, update accounts and quotes, create shipping MSOs and tracking, prepare reports, support Account Managers, liaise with internal departments, conduct sales research, and maintain customer relationships to meet KPIs.

Develop and introduce remanufactured engine components using APQP methodology. Create work instructions, BOMs, control plans, PFMEA, and DVP&R. Reverse engineer parts, support current products, manage PPAP, interact with customers and shop floor, assist sales with technical quotes, and maintain quality and safety goals.

Lead quality team and programs to reduce defects, manage warranty and supplier issues, perform audits, ensure compliance with ISO/IATF and automotive standards, drive corrective actions, and use data-driven methods (MSA, SPC, FMEA) to improve product and process quality across operations.

Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations for remanufactured and new parts. Drive purchasing, sourcing, planning, inventory, logistics, supplier relations, margin and working capital improvements, systems and process scalability, and cross-functional alignment to support growth and customer service.

Assemble major components using machines and hand tools, perform soldering, minor machine set-ups, material handling, basic maintenance, and area housekeeping. Follow safety and PPE requirements, maintain exemplary attendance, support continuous improvement and company ownership culture, and perform other assigned duties.

Perform close-tolerance production tasks including sub-assembly, soldering, lathe work, test and balance operations, threading repairs, minor machine set-ups, maintenance, material handling, and area housekeeping while following safety procedures and supporting continuous improvement.

Drive new business and grow existing accounts across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Conduct customer visits, prepare quotes and presentations, monitor market trends, coordinate internal support, attend trade shows, and meet sales and profitability targets for remanufactured engines, components, and aftermarket products.

Disassemble and clean air compressors and diesel generators, reclaim usable parts, use machining and hand tools and torque tools, inspect parts visually and quantitatively, follow work instructions to meet specifications, report defects, maintain safety and a clean work area, and work scheduled shift with occasional overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Remove component parts for testing and cleaning, use air and hand tools, perform minor machine set-ups and maintenance, handle materials, maintain area housekeeping, follow safety/PPE requirements, coordinate with the disassembly team, and support continuous improvement and training.

Perform close-tolerance production tasks including sub-assembly, soldering, press fits, lathe sanding, testing and balancing components. Operate drill press, threading machine, and hand/air tools. Handle material transport, minor machine set-ups, basic maintenance, and area housekeeping while following safety and PPE protocols. Support continuous improvement, training, and company open-book management principles.

Serve as primary customer contact for assigned accounts, build relationships, resolve issues, drive program growth, coordinate launches, present metrics, review billing, provide training, and support forecasting.

Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations—receiving, inspection, processing, transport, stocking, order fulfillment, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory records. Enforce and improve policies and procedures, ensure customer contract requirements are met, coach and mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement in methods and equipment.

Write internal and external communications, manage brand and social media, create recruiting and benefits materials, coordinate tours and community outreach, and plan and execute major company events while supporting ownership culture initiatives.

Lead development and feasibility assessments for electronics remanufacturing and repair. Troubleshoot components, develop test methods, support APQP and new product introduction, evaluate materials/components, implement reliability improvements and failure analysis, coordinate with purchasing and production, and travel to vendors/customers as needed.

Lead technical evaluation and engineering strategy for electronic products; design and implement test and remanufacturing systems; develop processes from concept to production; drive root-cause analysis and product/process improvements; interface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams; support SMT line development and manufacturing integration.

Design, develop, and improve electronic products and test processes; create test systems for validation and remanufacturing; drive root-cause analysis and process improvements; support SMT line development; interface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to transition products from concept to production.

Lead engineering assessments for remanufacture and repair feasibility of diverse electronic devices. Develop products, estimate component replacement/costing, support APQP, create test methods and test equipment, procure and evaluate parts, perform failure analysis, implement reliability improvements, and support production introduction. Includes limited domestic (5%) and international (1%) travel.

Support sales growth through analytics, reporting, forecasting, and market research. Build dashboards and automation, analyze sales and customer trends, assist product commercialization and business development, and present insights to leaders while collaborating cross-functionally.

Perform accounts payable, vendor communication and reconciliations, cash management, monthly reconciliations, journal entries and financial statement prep. Support budgeting, forecasting, process improvements, and provide backup coverage across the accounting team.
