Receive and inspect inbound shipments for single-part packaging: verify part numbers and quantities, sort parts, determine and retrieve packaging materials, print labels, build first-piece samples, investigate discrepancies, update packaging specs, and ensure materials are prepared and securely packaged for production.

Design, validate, and improve manufacturing processes for diesel emissions products (DPF, DOC, SCR). Lead continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, tooling optimization, process documentation, operator training, product validation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Maintain and create production schedules by monitoring current and future material inventories, preventing line shortages, planning material and labor needs, developing contingency plans, correcting inventory processes, and setting inventory levels to keep production running efficiently.

Drive growth of SRC's marine equipment business by identifying market opportunities, generating new sales, building brand presence, and managing customer requirements, engagement plans, and market intelligence to increase revenue.

Lead and develop a team of schedulers to create and maintain realistic production schedules, monitor inventory and capacity, prevent shortages, coordinate with cross-functional teams, support Master Scheduler duties, analyze risks and performance, and drive continuous improvement in scheduling and material flow.

Lead engineering assessments for remanufacture and repair feasibility of diverse electronic devices. Develop products, estimate component replacement/costing, support APQP, create test methods and test equipment, procure and evaluate parts, perform failure analysis, implement reliability improvements, and support production introduction. Includes limited domestic (5%) and international (1%) travel.

Lead development and feasibility assessments for electronics remanufacturing and repair. Troubleshoot components, develop test methods, support APQP and new product introduction, evaluate materials/components, implement reliability improvements and failure analysis, coordinate with purchasing and production, and travel to vendors/customers as needed.

Perform advanced salvage machining and repair tasks using mills, lathes, drill presses and welding. Create tooling and fixtures, perform close-tolerance, non-routine machining, setup, material handling and minor maintenance while making quality decisions to support remanufacturing operations.

Write internal and external communications, manage brand and social media, create recruiting and benefits materials, coordinate tours and community outreach, and plan and execute major company events while supporting ownership culture initiatives.

Remove component parts for testing and cleaning, use air and hand tools, perform minor machine set-ups and maintenance, handle materials, maintain area housekeeping, follow safety/PPE requirements, coordinate with the disassembly team, and support continuous improvement and training.

Assemble major alternator components, perform soldering, minor machine set-ups, material handling, basic maintenance, and area housekeeping. Follow safety/PPE rules, support continuous improvement, maintain exemplary attendance, and assist across floor roles as needed.

Develop and introduce remanufactured engine components using APQP methodology: create BOMs, control plans, PFMEA, work instructions, and DVP&R; reverse engineer products; support production and customers; manage PPAP and provide technical support to sales.

Manage and grow client relationships, develop and execute sales plans and forecasts, identify and qualify leads, prepare RFQs and quotes, negotiate contracts, liaise with operations, and represent the company at trade events to maximize account revenue.

Assemble major components using machines and hand tools, perform soldering, minor machine set-ups, material handling, basic maintenance, and area housekeeping. Follow safety and PPE requirements, maintain exemplary attendance, support continuous improvement and company ownership culture, and perform other assigned duties.

Lead technical evaluation and engineering strategy for electronic products; design and implement test and remanufacturing systems; develop processes from concept to production; drive root-cause analysis and product/process improvements; interface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams; support SMT line development and manufacturing integration.

Perform close-tolerance production tasks including sub-assembly, soldering, lathe work, test and balance operations, threading repairs, minor machine set-ups, maintenance, material handling, and area housekeeping while following safety procedures and supporting continuous improvement.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and complex categories (engineering services, components, capital equipment). Manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, mitigate risk, and drive cost, quality, and performance improvements while partnering with Engineering, Operations, and Finance.

Lead Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning by developing and maintaining the Plant Master Schedule, capacity plans, material plans, and performance metrics; coordinate with Sales, Buyers, Planners, and Engineering to resolve demand-supply and capacity issues and improve inventory turns and lead times.

Lead warehouse and inventory operations including receiving, inspection, processing, stocking, fulfillment, shipping, and cycle counting. Supervise 2-3 supervisors and 20-50 hourly staff, enforce safety and Haz/Com compliance, maintain inventory accuracy and material tracking, train/certify and operate lift trucks, partner with account managers to meet customer requirements, and drive continuous improvement.
