Verifies and corrects kits and components for accuracy, quality, and product conformance. Responsibilities include assembling and packaging kits, following build cards and work instructions, accurately pulling parts, preparing labels and stock tickets, processing non-conforming inventory, and working independently while maintaining strong attendance.

Develops and assesses electronics remanufacturing and repair opportunities, including feasibility analysis, component replacement estimates, cost evaluation, test method development, and test equipment configuration. Supports APQP, new product introduction, pilot runs, sourcing, and production. Performs component-level troubleshooting, failure analysis, product improvements, and evaluation of new materials and processes. Requires collaboration across engineering, quality, purchasing, sales, and manufacturing teams, with limited domestic and international travel.

Pulls, processes, stages, and ships customer materials based on orders. Operates powered industrial trucks safely, maintains accurate inventory and transaction records, completes shipping paperwork, and moves materials throughout the warehouse. Follows safety, PPE, JSA, and HazCom requirements while working in challenging environmental conditions. Regularly lifts up to 50 pounds and performs extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, and climbing.

Manages the Quality Management System and supports ISO 9001 compliance. Inspects supplier components, determines disposition, tracks supplier performance, and coordinates corrective actions. Supports quality control, product testing, process improvements, production efficiency, safety, and quality metrics in a manufacturing or remanufacturing environment. Collaborates with suppliers, customers, and shop-floor teams while maintaining documentation and regulatory compliance.

Disassembles alternators by removing component parts for testing and cleaning. Uses hand tools and machines, performs minor machine setups, general maintenance, housekeeping, and quality decisions. Requires substantial physical activity, including regular lifting, pushing, and pulling of materials. Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with potential Friday overtime.

Assemble major components using machines and hand tools, perform soldering, minor machine set-ups, material handling, basic maintenance, and area housekeeping. Follow safety and PPE requirements, maintain exemplary attendance, support continuous improvement and company ownership culture, and perform other assigned duties.

Disassemble component parts for testing and cleaning using air tools, hand tools, and machines. Coordinate with the disassembly team, perform minor machine setups, material handling, general maintenance, quality decisions, continuous improvement activities, and housekeeping. The role requires frequent physical effort, including lifting, pushing, and pulling materials, adherence to safety standards and PPE requirements, and exemplary attendance.

Support General Counsel with corporate governance, entity management, contract administration, real estate and transactional support, compliance and risk tasks, legal operations improvements, legal research, and general legal document preparation for SRC Holdings and subsidiaries.

Perform close-tolerance production tasks including sub-assembly, soldering, press fits, lathe sanding, testing and balancing components. Operate drill press, threading machine, and hand/air tools. Handle material transport, minor machine set-ups, basic maintenance, and area housekeeping while following safety and PPE protocols. Support continuous improvement, training, and company open-book management principles.

Lead engineering assessments for remanufacture and repair feasibility of diverse electronic devices. Develop products, estimate component replacement/costing, support APQP, create test methods and test equipment, procure and evaluate parts, perform failure analysis, implement reliability improvements, and support production introduction. Includes limited domestic (5%) and international (1%) travel.

Support sales growth through analytics, reporting, forecasting, and market research. Build dashboards and automation, analyze sales and customer trends, assist product commercialization and business development, and present insights to leaders while collaborating cross-functionally.

Drive new customer acquisition by prospecting target accounts, conducting discovery, qualifying opportunities, developing proposals, supporting negotiations, and managing pipeline and onboarding in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Hunt new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities. Build OEM, distributor, and channel partner relationships; recruit and onboard partners. Lead proposals, negotiations, technical evaluations, and trade show representation while coordinating across marketing, product, engineering, and customer service to drive revenue and expand market presence.

Lead company financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, internal controls, cash flow, banking, and regulatory compliance. Provide financial analysis, manufacturing cost evaluation, strategic planning, and partner with department leaders. Manage and develop the accounting team, improve systems, and support Open Book Management and employee ownership.

Develop and introduce remanufactured engine components using APQP methodology. Create work instructions, BOMs, control plans, PFMEA, and DVP&R. Reverse engineer parts, support current products, manage PPAP, interact with customers and shop floor, assist sales with technical quotes, and maintain quality and safety goals.

Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations for remanufactured and new parts. Drive purchasing, sourcing, planning, inventory, logistics, supplier relations, margin and working capital improvements, systems and process scalability, and cross-functional alignment to support growth and customer service.
