Leads the marketing function as a fractional senior leader, managing the team, setting strategy, aligning marketing with sales, and owning pipeline growth. Analyzes funnel and conversion data, directs demand generation across SEO, paid media, email, content, events, and partnerships, establishes attribution, and reports recommendations to executive leadership. The role also owns positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, marketing roadmaps, and revenue-focused performance.

Manage customer success across onboarding, training, support, documentation, project coordination, product feedback, account health, renewals, and expansion signals. Use AI to improve response quality and efficiency, monitor product adoption, identify account risks, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and communicate customer needs to product and leadership. The role requires strong SaaS customer-facing experience, technical curiosity, written communication, project management, teaching, queue management, and familiarity with help desk and CRM platforms.
