Design and produce interactive client presentations in DIGIDECK, including slide layouts, infographics, visualizations, motion graphics, animations, and custom creative elements. Use Claude and other AI tools for ideation, brief analysis, copy refinement, content synthesis, and workflow acceleration. Collaborate with brand strategy teams, maintain design systems and brand standards, manage feedback and multiple timelines, and deliver polished presentation experiences using Adobe Creative Suite and cloud-based presentation tools.

Maintain AWS infrastructure across ECS and EC2 environments; develop Terraform infrastructure as code; automate operational tasks with Python and Bash; support Bitbucket CI/CD pipelines and runners; build Grafana monitoring and alerts; troubleshoot production issues through on-call support; document infrastructure and runbooks; and gradually expand into databases, security, SOC 2 compliance, cost optimization, and Kubernetes.

Own end-to-end finance operations for a SaaS company, including strategy, forecasting, accounting, reporting, compliance, contract negotiation, revenue recognition, M&A, transaction readiness, and board reporting. Build AI-enabled workflows and financial models for pricing, usage-based products, margins, and valuation. Partner with executive leadership, investors, advisors, customers, and boards while developing a lean, automated finance function.
