Recruit and engage qualified individuals to run for local office through research, outreach, relationship-building, candidate support, training referrals, event organization, stakeholder coordination, and maintaining a candidate database to drive diverse, competitive slates.

Volunteer canvasser conducts face-to-face outreach to raise awareness and support, distributes materials, answers basic questions, records feedback, and represents the organization professionally. Training provided; flexible time commitment.

Coordinate Spokane County Democrats' presence at local events by planning schedules, securing registrations/permits, recruiting and training volunteers, managing booth logistics and event-day operations, and collecting post-event feedback and reports.
