Coordinate and schedule trained election observers using the party CRM, act as primary contact during observation periods, communicate logistics and schedule changes, track attendance and coverage, maintain confidentiality and compliance, and report issues to party leadership. Primarily administrative and supports the Election Observer Manager.

Collect, verify, and organize precinct-level election returns; summarize and visualize turnout and performance trends; produce reports for candidates and campaign teams; maintain data confidentiality. Training and support provided; volunteer role.

Volunteer to monitor polling stations and ballot handling to ensure transparency and legal compliance. Report irregularities to officials, follow county-provided training, and adhere to a code of conduct while remaining impartial and non-disruptive.
