Serves as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle for PostgreSQL support, modernization, and Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migrations. Leads discovery, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-value engagements, RFP responses, and customer evaluations. Advises on PostgreSQL architecture, performance, security, availability, maintenance, migration, and operating models. Collaborates with Sales, Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success while helping establish scalable PostgreSQL practice assets and enablement materials.

Owns the technical delivery and ongoing stewardship of an enterprise ServiceNow CSM/TPSM platform. Designs, develops, configures, tests, deploys, and supports workflows, case management, portals, knowledge management, integrations, and custom applications. Reviews and improves partner-delivered configurations, manages releases and environment promotion, supports UAT and change governance, and resolves defects and performance issues while maintaining platform scalability, integrity, and auditability.

Provides remote fourth-level SAP Finance support for global customers, resolving complex SAP FICO, CFIN, and S/4HANA Finance issues. Translates country-specific tax and legal requirements into SAP solutions, including e-invoicing, e-reporting, and SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. The role also manages customer relationships, tracks issues through resolution, drives satisfaction, and supports urgent matters outside normal hours.

The VMware Support Engineer will provide level 3 support for VMware technologies, troubleshoot issues, enhance customer satisfaction, and manage critical situations while working in a global team environment.

Act as technical and security subject-matter expert supporting sales pursuits for third-party SAP support and managed services. Perform technical landscape and spend analysis, develop solutions and costing, lead RFP/RFI responses, create collateral, advise on SAP architecture, licensing, security, and RISE/GROW strategy, and collaborate across teams and regions to drive technical and commercial outcomes.

The Postgres DBA will provide architectural guidance, technical support, and troubleshooting for PostgreSQL environments, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across deployments.

The role involves monitoring global tax changes, designing functional SAP solutions, and leading end-to-end SAP implementations to ensure client compliance.
