Lead sales of Spark Power technical electrical services to industrial and commercial customers. Identify and develop accounts, generate leads, prepare quotes, estimate project scope, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing and operations. Maintain regulatory and safety compliance, support trade shows and customer workshops, and meet annual sales targets.

Coordinates project setup, scheduling, dispatching, resource allocation, documentation, invoicing, field service reports, and stakeholder communications. Monitors project progress, reviews contracts and reports, tracks technician time entries, prepares status updates, records meeting actions, and analyzes data to identify improvements. Collaborates with project and asset managers, finance teams, field technicians, customers, and suppliers to support accurate, timely project delivery.

Manages electrical projects from estimating through closeout, ensuring budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and customer commitments are met. Coordinates field electricians, engineering, procurement, materials, work orders, invoices, project meetings, status reporting, quotes, and change management. Serves as the primary customer contact, manages expectations, supports sales, and oversees or performs electrical installations, field work, and troubleshooting.

The Project Manager oversees electrical projects ensuring they meet budgets, timelines, and quality standards while managing resources and customer relations.

Support civil and structural engineering for high-voltage EPC projects including substation foundations, transmission/pole-line and structural analysis, FEA and draft calculations, civil/structural drafting, site inspections, load capacity assessments for solar and industrial supports, review of deliverables, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure code and utility standard compliance.

The Senior Substation Design Engineer leads project teams in designing electrical substations, prepares project scope and proposals, writes specifications, performs studies using software like ETAP and CDEGS, and reviews junior engineers' work.

Design, manage and coordinate electrical projects including drawings, SLDs, equipment layouts, cable schedules, calculations and power system studies (arc flash) using ETAP/SKM. Support procurement, construction, commissioning and field teams, provide technical input under senior review, follow safety protocols, and direct drafting resources while providing client-focused service.
