Manage high-voltage electrical projects from planning through completion, coordinating clients, employees, vendors, subcontractors, utilities, and regulatory stakeholders. Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, risk plans, documentation, and performance metrics while managing changes and customer negotiations. Oversee electrical testing, maintenance, commissioning, safety compliance, resource allocation, and technical staff performance. Support branch budgeting and maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsible for prevailing wage and certified payroll compliance for public works and regulated construction projects. Prepares and submits weekly certified payroll reports, audits payroll data, applies wage determinations, tracks rate changes, and maintains documentation for audits. The role also supports apprentice compliance, resolves discrepancies with payroll and project teams, and assists with payroll and benefits tasks.

Lead business development and sales for wind energy maintenance campaigns and long-term service agreements across the United States and Canada. Responsibilities include managing strategic customer accounts, developing sales plans, analyzing market opportunities, supporting proposals and RFPs, representing the company at industry events, negotiating solutions, and collaborating with operations and analysts on cost models. The role requires renewable energy market knowledge, strong presentation and negotiation skills, at least five years of sales or business development experience, and up to 25% travel.
