Lead end-to-end product marketing for an AI-native commerce SaaS: own positioning, website, demo narratives, sales enablement, customer stories, analyst/press relationships, and buyer education. Conduct weekly customer discovery, iterate messaging with Product and Sales, and use AI tools to accelerate content and measurement. Start as a solo founding PMM, build artifacts that drive revenue, and scale the team only when metrics justify hires.

Build reusable client-side JavaScript/CSS SDKs and multi-tenant frontend architecture. Develop high-performance React/Next.js applications with Tailwind CSS, implement SSR/SSG/ISR, integrate with REST/GraphQL backends, optimize performance, and support backend data modeling, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, and production monitoring.

Lead enterprise customer success to drive land-and-expand growth, zero churn renewals, and customer-driven product priorities. Build onboarding playbooks, health scoring, executive relationships, reference programs, and measurable expansion outcomes while partnering with GTM and product leadership.

Develop and deploy generative AI and LLM solutions end-to-end for e-commerce: research models, build ETL/data pipelines, run distributed training and experiments, collaborate with product and engineering to deliver production systems that improve recommendations, search, personalization, and customer interactions.

Serve as the client-facing technical account manager for e-commerce brands: translate A/B test and attribution results into business strategy, own reporting and EBRs, advise on performance optimization, educate on attribution and analytics, and partner with Product/Engineering/Data Science to influence roadmap.
