Own enterprise retail and fashion client relationships across sales transition, onboarding, training, reporting, QBRs, adoption, and long-term engagement. Translate funnel analytics, experimentation, and attribution results into business recommendations and ROI insights. Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI Research to communicate customer needs, improve workflows, identify expansion opportunities, and manage account health. The role requires strong e-commerce and performance marketing expertise, executive communication, AI fluency, and hands-on customer success ownership.

Lead zero-to-one AI product development for commerce: research opportunities, design system-level architectures, prototype with AI coding agents, run live merchant pilots and A/B experiments, analyze results with SQL/notebooks, and ship production features in tight partnership with engineering and founders.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales for a GenAI commerce platform: prospecting, discovery, demos, pilots, negotiation, and close. Build pipeline via founders, partners, outbound/inbound; manage complex multi-stakeholder e-commerce deals; drive customer evaluations and ROI modeling; feed insights to product and GTM.
