Manage commercial property and casualty insurance claims from initial notification through resolution. Responsibilities include reviewing and investigating claims, gathering customer information, coordinating with insureds and carriers, resolving complex issues, maintaining detailed records, monitoring large claims, identifying potential fraud, and preparing loss run reports. The role requires insurance licensing or the ability to obtain it, strong communication and analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, AMS360, and ImageRight.

Sell P&C insurance by generating prospects, identifying client needs and coverage gaps, preparing submissions to insurers, and supporting clients through the full lifecycle. Build and lead a niche practice, maintain prospect lists, perform warm/cold outreach, collaborate with internal teams for client service, and meet new-business and retention targets.

Manage and retain a book of large, complex commercial lines clients by processing renewals, new policies, and policy changes. Review policies for accuracy, resolve coverage issues, handle underwriting submissions, and liaise with carriers and clients. Identify process improvements and support the service team to ensure timely, compliant delivery of insurance solutions.

Serve as primary day-to-day service contact for commercial lines clients: manage and retain book of business, process renewals/new policies/changes, review policies for accuracy, resolve coverage questions, coordinate renewals and submissions with carriers, and ensure exceptional customer service and compliance.

The Assistant Account Manager supports Account Managers by processing renewals, managing client relations, preparing submissions, and conducting negotiations with underwriters in the insurance industry.
