Manage full-cycle recruiting: post jobs, source candidates, assess fit, coordinate interviews, manage pre-employment steps, maintain ATS pipelines, and produce recruitment reporting for leadership.

Manage commercial property and casualty insurance claims from initial notification through resolution. Responsibilities include reviewing and investigating claims, gathering customer information, coordinating with insureds and carriers, resolving complex issues, maintaining detailed records, monitoring large claims, identifying potential fraud, and preparing loss run reports. The role requires insurance licensing or the ability to obtain it, strong communication and analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, AMS360, and ImageRight.

Sell P&C insurance by generating prospects, identifying client needs and coverage gaps, preparing submissions to insurers, and supporting clients through the full lifecycle. Build and lead a niche practice, maintain prospect lists, perform warm/cold outreach, collaborate with internal teams for client service, and meet new-business and retention targets.
