Provide outpatient ENT clinical care and surgical support, including patient evaluations, diagnosis and management, diagnostic testing, in-office procedures, perioperative care, education, follow-up, EMR documentation, physician collaboration, and clinic call coverage. ENT or surgical experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Manage accounts receivable and denied claims: investigate and follow-up with payers, prepare appeals with documentation, reconcile billing practices, run collection reports, credential providers, contact patients for collections, use practice management systems and TriZetto clearinghouse, and provide backup billing team support.

Provide medical and surgical care for pediatric and adult ear, hearing, and balance disorders; evaluate, diagnose, and treat ear conditions; perform otologic surgeries; coordinate care with audiologists and other clinicians; manage pre/postoperative care, patient education, and medical records; participate in quality improvement and continuing education.
