The Staff Accountant supports month-end close processes, prepares entries and reconciliations, assists with audits, and collaborates with internal teams for financial reporting.

The Safety Manager will lead safety meetings, conduct audits, develop safety plans, train employees, and promote compliance with safety regulations on construction sites.

Manage contract administration and claims for construction projects: review/prepare claims, negotiate settlements, coordinate data collection and documentation, advise on risk mitigation, and report to executive management.

Serve as the first touchpoint for clients, employees, and visitors: answer and route calls, greet guests, schedule meetings, manage mail/packages, order supplies, perform basic bookkeeping/data entry, coordinate office activities, and maintain a tidy reception area. Bilingual Spanish required.

The Oiler will perform routine lubrication, maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment and vehicles, conduct inspections, and maintain service records in a safe environment.

The Safety Representative will conduct inspections, provide training, ensure PPE compliance, and support safety plan implementations while collaborating with site managers.

The MOT Supervisor ensures safety and efficiency on construction sites by overseeing operations, managing a team, and coordinating traffic control measures.
