The Safety Manager will lead safety meetings, conduct audits, develop safety plans, train employees, and promote compliance with safety regulations on construction sites.

Manage contract administration and claims for construction projects: review/prepare claims, negotiate settlements, coordinate data collection and documentation, advise on risk mitigation, and report to executive management.

Serve as the first touchpoint for clients, employees, and visitors: answer and route calls, greet guests, schedule meetings, manage mail/packages, order supplies, perform basic bookkeeping/data entry, coordinate office activities, and maintain a tidy reception area. Bilingual Spanish required.
