Lead and grow the ServiceNow Platform Operations team, manage daily platform workflows, intake, ticket triage, SLA monitoring, sprint planning, vendor coordination, UAT and maintenance cycles, and drive process improvement and automation to ensure reliable ServiceNow operations aligned with university priorities.

Evaluate student project submissions using predefined rubrics, provide specific actionable feedback, maintain curriculum knowledge, respond to students within 48 hours, support academic integrity and quality assurance, and participate in team meetings and reviewer community activities.

Support institution-wide training, adoption, and optimization of AI tools. Deliver hands-on guidance, develop training materials, collaborate on AI proofs-of-concept, and assist faculty and staff in integrating AI into workflows and learning environments.

Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing to generate insights that inform product and design decisions. Create personas, journey maps, prototypes (Figma), surveys, and presentations; collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to prioritize and implement research-driven recommendations.

Senior on-site academic leader who coordinates and executes Academic Affairs strategy, oversees policy and quality (assessment, accreditation), leads cross-unit projects, faculty development, student success initiatives, experiential and global learning, and drives measurable outcomes.

Provide advising and college access support to under-resourced high school students: monitor 4-6 advisees weekly, attend and lead College-Bound Saturdays and study halls, respond to student questions, participate in professional development and regular check-ins, and submit progress reflections.

Lead SNHU's NCAA Division II athletics and campus recreation programs, providing strategic vision, staff supervision, budget and facilities oversight, NCAA compliance, student-athlete welfare, fundraising, marketing, and community engagement to elevate competitive performance and program visibility.

Lead enterprise AI strategy and architecture, design scalable AI/ML and LLM solutions integrated with core platforms, establish governance and MLOps/LLMOps lifecycle, guide vendors and teams, run POCs, and mentor architects to drive responsible, secure AI adoption across the university.
