Designs, implements, administers, and supports IAM and identity governance platforms, including SailPoint and Microsoft Entra ID. Responsibilities include application onboarding, role and entitlement modeling, workflow and access-request development, automation, scripting, configuration, troubleshooting, platform updates, documentation, metrics, and tier 3 support. The role partners with application owners, developers, DBAs, architects, and other IT teams to improve access processes, security controls, system performance, and auditability.

Supports enterprise information security and privacy risk management by conducting qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, identifying threats and control gaps, maintaining GRC records, tracking remediation, monitoring cybersecurity risks, and preparing risk metrics and reports. Collaborates with security, privacy, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders while helping improve policies, procedures, risk awareness, and compliance with frameworks and regulations.

Leads and develops a team responsible for Microsoft 365 and modern workplace services. Provides hands-on technical leadership across endpoint management, identity, collaboration, automation, security, and device management. Oversees technical design, implementation, troubleshooting, escalations, service operations, roadmaps, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement while partnering with other IT teams and organizational leadership.

Administers and supports university business systems, including ServiceNow, by managing configurations, users, data integrity, workflows, reports, documentation, and production issues. Translates business requests into requirements and test cases, coordinates sprint work and outsourced development, supports service-level agreements, communicates technical information to stakeholders, and implements process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, and user experience.

Designs and maintains scalable enterprise data pipelines, models, and data products supporting analytics, reporting, Power BI, AI agents, and machine learning. The role implements layered data architectures, ensures data quality and performance, integrates data across platforms, troubleshoots pipeline issues, and collaborates with architects, analysts, and product owners. AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude are used to build AI-ready data solutions.
