Leads Security Operations Center activities, including incident response, complex threat investigations, detection engineering, SIEM development, security tooling, log pipeline management, vulnerability remediation, risk analysis, automation, and operational reporting. Responsibilities include application onboarding, role and entitlement modeling, workflow and access-request development, automation, scripting, configuration, troubleshooting, platform updates, documentation, metrics, and tier 3 support. The role partners with application owners, developers, DBAs, architects, and other IT teams to improve access processes, security controls, system performance, and auditability.

Serves as a strategic finance partner for AI, technology, transformation, and operational initiatives. Develops complex financial models, forecasts, business cases, scenario analyses, and investment evaluations; assesses costs, benefits, risks, and returns; monitors performance and benefit realization; supports contracts and vendor evaluations; and provides actionable recommendations to executive and cross-functional leaders.

Track live statistics during SNHU volleyball sporting events using NCAA Live Stats software. Produce accurate statistical data for athletic department analysis and interpretation by coaches, trainers, athletes, and fans. Collaborate with athletic communications and department staff while working scheduled night and weekend games on-site in Manchester, New Hampshire.
