The opportunity

The Administrative Office Coordinator performs routine administrative responsibilities under close supervision. This role completes tasks using various office technologies, maintains schedules, coordinates meetings, assembles information, prepares routine reports, manuals, agendas, and correspondence, maintains necessary office supplies for supervisor/group supported, ensures various office equipment is properly installed and maintained, and interfaces with a variety of people, both internally and externally, in routine matters.                

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Supports assigned group/supervisor performing routine administrative responsibilities. 

  • Completes a variety of tasks using various office technologies. 

  • Maintains schedules and coordinates meetings. 

  • Assembles information, prepares routine reports, manuals, agendas, and correspondence. 

  • Ensures necessary office supplies are always maintained. 

  • Makes sure various office equipment is properly installed and maintained. 

  • Works collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential functions of this role. 

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.  

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Years of experience: Zero-two years of related experience 

  • Degree(s): Associate degree  

Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable:

  • Professional Certification(s): N/A 

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with others in a professional manner.  

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage several tasks concurrently. 

  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Compensation


The hourly pay range for this position is $17.97 - $28.76. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $19.86 - $26.86.
