Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives and serve as a strategic HR business partner. Conduct org effectiveness assessments, build workforce models, run skills-gap and scenario analyses, develop org design tools, create current/future state deliverables, and manage project plans. Partner with analytics and People Team functions, influence stakeholders, support talent management and change efforts, and pilot solutions to improve organizational effectiveness and alignment.

Provide advising and college access support to under-resourced high school students: monitor 4-6 advisees weekly, attend and lead College-Bound Saturdays and study halls, respond to student questions, participate in professional development and regular check-ins, and submit progress reflections.

Lead architecture, integration, and optimization of the marketing technology stack to improve student engagement. Build and maintain Email/SMS journeys, APIs, and middleware automations; develop code (SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS/JavaScript); monitor, troubleshoot, document solutions; collaborate with partners to prioritize automation projects and promote team learning and innovation.
