Leads Security Operations Center activities, including incident response, complex threat investigations, detection engineering, SIEM development, security tooling, log pipeline management, vulnerability remediation, risk analysis, automation, and operational reporting. Serves as the senior escalation point and incident coordinator, leading containment and eradication while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. The role is fully remote within approved states and may require extended or non-business hours during crises.

Provides routine administrative support to supervisors and assigned groups. Responsibilities include using office technology, maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and correspondence, managing office supplies, ensuring equipment is maintained, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Designs, implements, administers, and supports IAM and identity governance platforms, including SailPoint and Microsoft Entra ID. Responsibilities include application onboarding, role and entitlement modeling, workflow and access-request development, automation, scripting, configuration, troubleshooting, platform updates, documentation, metrics, and tier 3 support. The role partners with application owners, developers, DBAs, architects, and other IT teams to improve access processes, security controls, system performance, and auditability.
