Southern Humboldt Community Healthcare District

Southern Humboldt Community Healthcare District is a family of services that includes Jerold Phelps Community Hospital, with a 24-hour emergency room, acute care inpatient unit, lab, radiology, mammography, and an 8-bed skilled nursing facility; Southern Humboldt Community Clinic; Southern Humboldt Family Resource Center; and Garberville Pharmacy. The district is dedicated to providing high-quality local medical services and engaging community members with education and lifestyle opportunities to promote optimal health.
