Lead strategic projects from conception to completion, coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Policy Admin, Marketing), manage project plans, DevOps boards, risks, and stakeholder communications while promoting company values and continuous improvement.

Implement and maintain DevOps practices across collaboration, code, infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring, and feedback. Support Agile teams, resolve critical issues, mentor staff, lead projects, design/architect applications, perform business analysis, and maintain SDLC documentation.

Work alongside developers on real projects: write and run unit and integration tests, implement minor code changes, fix bugs, and learn software development practices.

Support data modernization by building and maintaining data pipelines, monitoring data quality, validating and documenting datasets, and collaborating with engineers, analysts, and business teams. Assist with reporting solutions and gain exposure to cloud data platforms, reporting tools, and AI-related data use cases.

Support and deliver training for life insurance agents on products, sales, servicing, and motivation. Assist with onboarding, ongoing field support, training materials, recordkeeping, and coordination with agency management and internal departments. Provide agent transportation during classes and conferences.
