Collect, organize, and analyze financial data to develop project spending plans, track estimated vs. actual expenditures, monitor budget/funding obligations and travel expenses, prepare reports and metrics, and provide management support while interacting with high-level contacts and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Coordinate and automate software build, integration, and deployment in a Linux environment. Support SCM activities (code merging, versioning), develop build/automation scripts, perform audits and QA documentation, load cycle software on tactical configurations, and help implement DevSecOps and security scanning within CI/CD pipelines.

Support weapon system rapid acquisition and tactical prototyping by planning and executing land and shipboard electronic tests, collecting and analyzing test data, documenting results, maintaining custom test equipment, troubleshooting failures, and supporting packaging and P&ID layouts.

Design and maintain relational and non-relational schemas, develop logical/physical data models, normalize and integrate structured and unstructured data, build ETL/ELT pipelines, define enterprise data ontology and mappings, tune performance, support metadata, data lineage, governance, and collaborate across teams to standardize data definitions.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance .NET applications (C#/.NET), including implementations using various network transport protocols and geospatial tools. Integrate databases/APIs, optimize performance, write unit/integration tests, troubleshoot protocol issues, enforce best practices through code reviews, and mentor junior developers while collaborating across teams.

Design, implement, and manage security architecture and tools (SIEM, EDR, firewalls). Lead incident detection/response, vulnerability management, risk/compliance activities, mentor junior staff, coordinate projects, and advise on securing DoD/classified environments.

Provide configuration management support for DoD programs: maintain repositories, manage Jira/Confluence change tickets, facilitate change control boards, track approvals and implementations, develop CM processes and SOPs, produce status reports, and represent CM at program meetings.

Perform physical configuration audits for Aegis Combat Systems aboard DDG-51 destroyers and warehouses; use ABACAS and ACCESS to capture, upload, and reconcile CI data; generate CM issues; coordinate with ship personnel and Dahlgren analysts; support CM process/SOP development; provide metrics and deliverables for audits and contract reporting.

Lead technical integration across Navy/DoD AR/VR and AI/ML R&D efforts: define MVP scope and requirements, apply MBSE to model architectures, manage schedules, risks, and integration roadmaps, run trade-offs, mentor leads, and brief executives and customers.

Support weapon system rapid acquisition and tactical prototyping by performing systems engineering, risk and hazard analyses, requirements derivation and management, coordination with stakeholders, and guiding design/integration and iterative testing toward system accreditation.

Provide mechanical engineering expertise for maritime, launcher, missile, and weapon control systems: design, analysis, integration, fabrication coordination, and testing. Support IPTs, reviews, and system engineering products, considering requirements, cost, interoperability, risk, and schedule. Role located in Dahlgren, VA with occasional travel.

Develop multi-threat, multi-warforce training scenarios in ATD, ACTS, and BFTT for shipboard systems supporting the Surface Combat Systems Training Center. Role requires U.S. citizenship, active Secret clearance, and at least four years AEGIS/SSDS shipboard combat systems experience with CIC watch-standing deployments.

Design, implement, and maintain secure, resilient tactical network architectures for a weapon system program. Collaborate with hardware, embedded software, and test teams; ensure DoD compliance, perform troubleshooting, integration testing, documentation, and validate network configurations prior to deployment.

Lead R&D efforts to design, prototype, and deploy AI/ML (primarily computer vision and edge inference) solutions for defense customers. Translate operational requirements into demonstrable, edge-optimized systems, mentor junior developers, establish engineering standards, and support proposals and technical briefings. Maintain prototype pipeline, manage technical risks, and integrate AI into training and simulation environments.

Perform electrical design, analysis, integration, fabrication oversight, installation, test, and maintenance for maritime and missile/weapon control systems. Develop and update electrical drawings, support IPTs and technical reviews, assess requirements and risks, and produce engineering change proposals and interface specifications.

Apply MBSE principles and tools to develop SysML/UML system models, define and trace requirements, support software architecture and integration, produce ICDs and verification artifacts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the system lifecycle for tactical weapon and battle management systems.

Develop and test embedded weapon control system software on microcontrollers, build simulators with GUIs, debug hardware-software interfaces, diagnose network issues, write unit tests, and support field installation and assessment across multiple projects.

Plan, execute, and report developmental and system-level testing of manned aircraft Battle Management System software and integrations in lab and field, develop test strategies and procedures, troubleshoot with developers, support installations and travel, and ensure verification, validation, and performance prior to delivery to warfighters.

Support MDA and the Surface Combat Systems Training Center by developing BMD-specific tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), updating operational documentation, supporting fleet feedback and warfighter engagements, and reviewing real-world operations to provide tactical guidance for Aegis BMD baselines.

Provide operational and technical support for Aegis radar data collection missions: collect and transfer raw radar data, coordinate analysis and release with NSWCDD and the Intelligence Community, update TACMEMOs and NTDC/TDC baselines, support training and system orientation for ship crews, and brief post-mission analysis to Fleet and command leadership.
