Develop AR and VR environments for a Department of Defense Battle Management System using Unity or Unreal, C#, and related technologies. Create 3D models through scanning systems, integrate sensors, software applications, and AI/ML algorithms, and collaborate with multidisciplinary development and testing teams. The role is on-site in Dahlgren, Virginia and requires U.S. citizenship plus the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.

Develop and maintain a hardware configuration management database tool, drawing repositories, and change-control workflows. Responsibilities include software design, development, testing, documentation, API and SQL integration, baseline and revision control, reporting, automation, backlog management, and process improvement. The role collaborates with configuration management, hardware engineering, JIRA, government, contractor, and military teams while supporting technical reviews and providing status updates and issue alerts.

Supports configuration management for Navy training systems and warfighting scenarios. Responsibilities include maintaining ACCESS and SIMS data, generating transmittals and reports, managing documentation packages, performing quality assurance of configuration data and classified media, tracking changes, preparing presentations and meeting records, and supporting CM processes, policies, and SOPs. The role requires customer interaction, technical communication with Navy leadership, and on-site work in a partially classified environment.
