Supports systems engineering for tactical fire control and weapon systems integrated with air, land, and sea platforms. Develops and decomposes requirements, assesses operational performance, creates MBSE models, supports design reviews and working groups, and develops solutions for software- and hardware-centric projects. Collaborates with customers, end-users, engineers, government agencies, contractors, and military personnel while documenting and communicating system plans, progress, and results.

Provide software engineering support for a DoD acquisition program including mentorship, code/design reviews, requirements assessment and decomposition, modeling system behavior, and producing engineering presentations and reports for shipboard and weapons-system efforts.

Perform IV&V of CAST operator training lessons for shipboard systems, identify content discrepancies, participate in adjudication meetings, revise lessons through lifecycle, and interface with customers and management.
