Overview
SCCI is seeking a Program Analyst I to join our team in support a Weapon System Program. The Program Analyst will be responsible for providing a group of highly motivated managers, engineers, and scientist with a variety of support to assist with technical and administrative publications. A successful candidate will have the ability to analyze the effectiveness of program operations in meeting goals, requirements and objectives. This position is available for immediate hire and located at our office in King George, VA.

Responsibilities:
- Work as a liaison among engineers, scientists, configuration management specialists, logistics, testers, and other project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document information according to approved processes and procedures
- Research, extract, analyze, and refine a wide variety of technical and non-technical material and information
- Facilitate communication flow within internal team and external customers
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, papers, and other documentation in a form suitable for intended audiences
- Track documents through their review and approval processes
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active Secret Security Clearance
- High school diploma
- Two (2) - Three (3) years professional experience, four (4) of which are specialized in analyzing effectiveness of program operations in meeting goals, requirements, and objectives
- Experience developing life cycle analysis of projects or performing economic evaluations of programs
- Experience analyzing information for program reporting and systems evaluation
- Experience analyzing requirements, regulations, or legislation and how it impacts operations, design, and security
- Highly proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles
- Ability to write clear, logically sequenced, and grammatically correct documents
- Attention to detail in project documentation for content, formatting, consistency, and grammar
- Self-starter with ability to learn new technologies, tools, technical system configurations, and processes quickly
- Attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, multitask, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with Rapid Development Process Programs
- Experience with DoD System Development and Acquisition Processes
- Familiarity with test plans, reports, and technical documentation
- Demonstrated experience working with engineers, HW/ SW developers, and management to gather necessary documentation, requirements, security, and safety information for technical papers
