Manages corporate credit card, expense reimbursement, travel, accounts payable, endowment, trust, tax, and budgeting programs. Responsibilities include administering Concur Travel and Bill platforms, enforcing policies, training employees, supporting audits and financial statement preparation, updating investment funds, processing tax payments, and assisting with budget creation and review. The role also provides end-user support, coordinates with vendors, auditors, and banking partners, and completes special finance projects.

Coordinates marketing partnerships, sponsorships, advertising, email campaigns, merchandise, and brand awareness initiatives for Southeastern Seminary and Judson College. Maintains partner relationships, monitors advertising performance, supports marketing budgets, collaborates with admissions and development teams, and gathers student experience insights through focus groups and surveys. May support recruiting events, conferences, and other marketing activities outside normal working hours.
