Cultivate, solicit, and steward a regional portfolio of mid-level donors to increase engagement and financial support; manage donor interactions, events, and reporting using Slate; support annual giving and campaign initiatives while collaborating with advancement leadership and traveling as needed.

Manage day-to-day operations of Traditional and Facilitated Dual Enrollment programs: handle communications, process applications and registrations, maintain data and reports, train facilitators on LMS, oversee Slate, support accreditation documentation, recruit students at partner schools, and assist the Director with departmental priorities.

Support video production for campus content: operate cameras and switcher for studio and on-location shoots, schedule recordings, edit footage in Premiere Pro on NAS, support chapel services, organize projects and gear, capture B-roll, and assist live event setup and teardown.

Perform general landscape maintenance including mowing, weed-eating, edging, pruning, spraying herbicide, blowing, leaf removal, planting and mulching, weeding, and paver repair.

Manage and schedule institutional social media accounts; create and coordinate visual, written, and video content; engage daily with audiences and monitor sector conversations. Cover campus events, chapel twice weekly, and conferences; collaborate with photographers, designers, and writers to execute on-brand content.
